i am just fat! I think i am very fat. I am 5'1 and i weight 110 pounds..all my friends are tall and they weigh more than me but are skinnier than me. They are all 13 and i am still 12. Sometimes I feel like I am the fattest 12 yr old in the world. Do you think there is a way I could slim up my body? If so could you tell me how? I would really appreciate it.

Your BMI is 21, and that is a GOOD BMI, so you have nothing to woory about, but if you wanna slim up, there are many things you can do, i like pilates!

you could always make your own routine ^_^ like everyday do a certain amount of pushups and situps and stuff like that, and maybe jog a couple of times, go walking, eat healthy, all those should help a little, if not .. weight watchers always works but if ya dont wanna do something like that just do your own workouts ^_^ ]
Find out what your Body Mass Index is. You can find out (usually) from a gym teacher, school nurse, definately your doctor, and in this month's National Geographic. Guess what? You don't even have to find out, because I can tell you right now, with the National Geo in my hand, that you are not fat. It's just the way you view yourself. Don't compare yourself to your friends or other people's bodies. It's not healthy. When you start to think, "I'm soooo fat", look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself to quit lying to yourself. YOU. AREN'T. FAT. If you want to talk about simply toning muscles, get on your bike and ride around about three times a week for half an hour. It's fun, and it makes you look good. But dude, you aren't fat. ]
don't wry, 5'1 and 110 pounds isnt' fat! but, if you feel self conscious about how you look, get involved more! like... start joining house league soccer... and sports at school like cross country and track and basketball/volleyball/soccer! or sign up for a hip hop class or ballet class out of school... get some kind of talent started and persue it! or, if you're not interested in signing up for anything, grab your cd player and favourite cd in the morning and go for a run for like 30 minutes every morning, and then a bike ride or rollerblading for 30 minutes every night! just stay active! i hope i helped!:D

First of all your not fat..if you think you are then thats bogus cuz your not. But if are uncomfortable with your body..you need to do crunches, run, eat lots of veggies and fruits and drink WATER or 100% juice.
Also a little tip dont drink sodas..

Dude, one word..puberty... your still growing and 9 times out of ten over the next few years you going to slim up and grow to probably be taller then some of your friends just give it time and eat healthy. ]

if i were u i would just run a lot!! than i should look skinny..!! but 110 isn't bad! i'm 14 and 5'3 n i way 120!! n i'm not that tall! n i look skinny..but just run thats wat i do!!

first of all ur not fat!! not at all! ne ways..ur body will change and it will all level out sooner or later! but if u feel the need to lose sum lbs..run a mile everyday! cut out a lotta sweets! and do sit ups! *hope i helped* <3/Dakota

you can work out, like running and situps and possibly aerobics. if u like music n dancing, when you're alone,you can dance.also dont eat so much bread cereal and pasta. try salad and meat. they have protein and protein helps you grow(as you get taller you get skinnier if u didnt have a growth spurt yet).also,if you like dressing,try to get low fat dressings.

Well, first off, I don't think you're fat. That's good weight to be at but I do have a few suggestions that you can do if you really want to exercise. First of all, you can go walking around your neighborhood. Secondly, I recommend a few exercises before you go to bed. The first exercise I do is leg lifts. For those, you lay on one side and prop your head up with your hand. Then, you just bring your leg up and down. I recommend doing 30 on each leg. If that's too easy then you definitely do more. The second exercise I do is arm curls. For those, if you have small weights then you'll want to use those. Basically, you bring your arms down in front of you and, keeping your elbows still, you bring the weights up to your chest and you'll want to do as many of those as you want. The last exercise I do is crunches or situps. Also, stretching before going to bed helps too. Another thing you can do is just watch your calorie intake and if you need to snack before meals then definitely eat fruits and veggies and one last thing I suggest not eating past 7pm. Sweety 110 pounds for a person who is 5'1 is not all that bad. I think you're in the perfect weight range for your height. the only reason why your friends are skinnier than you but weigh more is because of their height. If you really want to slim up that bad try running a LOT and do some weight lifting. ]
well for 1 thing u are not fat. And if u really wanna slim up ur body then exercise as much as possible like go ride ur bike play sports go for walks go for jogs just stay active

omg your not fat; not at all.. thats the normal weight!! you seriously dont have to; but if ur really begging for it; just trying jogging around your neighborhood; n just eat healthier.. something a lot more laid back to do is just ride your bike around the neighborhood for like a half hour; thats all i do! ]
Do some exercises and watch what you eat .. do some crunches and pushups and stuff every night before you go to sleep. ]
Look, just because you may think 110 is fat, its not..if you as a boy the perfect weight is 120 at like 15 or 16, so just maintain that weight for a couple years and you'll be beautiful, you don*t need to diet.
