okay first of all i dont think im fat at all and i like the way my body looks. however im very health conscious and eat healthy food most of the time. i count calories too. if i didnt eat the daily number calories i think is efficient ill go eat until its exactly the number i want it to be, because i don't want to become too thin. i think about food a lot. i never thought i was fat and i know im not and i love my body. im a cheerleader (a flyer) so i try to remain small. oh yeah and i love cooking and food overall, mostly healthy food. i mean ill choose a grilled chicken sandwich over a big mac you know? could this possibly be anorexia?

xo_dream answered Thursday July 22 2004, 2:40 am: Nah, you're not anorexic, you just watch what you eat + make healthy choices. If you're worried about being too thin, see a doctor, but you're not severly underweight, and you're still young, so it's normal to weigh a little bit less than the 'recommended' weight or whatever. Unless you've recently lost a ton of weight or you've intentionally been keeping your weight low // been obsessed about it, I don't think there's anything to be worrying about :o). Pink_Flamingo answered Wednesday July 21 2004, 7:27 pm: No this is not anorexia. If you were anorexic you would be obbsessed with your weight and think you were fat. Eating healthy isnt anorexia! Its good that you have a healthy diet. I would DEFINATLY take a chicken sandwich over a big mac! I hat fatty food and eat healthy but that doesnt make me anorexic. Good job for eating healthy =) [ Pink_Flamingo's advice column | Ask Pink_Flamingo A Question ]
VoLlEyPrInCeZz1 answered Wednesday July 21 2004, 9:44 am: No way, the only way it might be annorexia is if you were throwing up after you eat, you are just being healthy. As long as you eat 3 times a day and the average amount of food. [ VoLlEyPrInCeZz1's advice column | Ask VoLlEyPrInCeZz1 A Question ]
spoiledx3shortii answered Wednesday July 21 2004, 9:07 am: it could possibly be if you get out of hand.. idk what age you are so im not sure though.. But for being 5,2" or w/e you do not weigh enough.. people who weiogh 5 foot 2" usually weigh somewhere in the 100's.. but if you are healthy and fit then you should be fine.. but for your weight i think you could eat just a little more.. :P but don't whatever you do.. dont stop eating healthy! :D
hope i helped

chaos answered Wednesday July 21 2004, 9:00 am: I think it is good that you are paying attention and counting calories. My worry is that you are really active as a cheerleader and might not be adding enough calories to compensate for that. Your doctor can give you a test that rates your metabolism and may give you a better idea about how many calories you can consume in a day without sacrificing. MichiruKaiou answered Wednesday July 21 2004, 3:17 am: Eating healthy isn't bad, although you may eat healty, eating too little isn't good for you. The truth is, when you eat less your metabolism slows down to prevent your body from eating yourself. So when you do eat something, your metabolism can't even digest it all which the rest turns into fat. So don't be too worried about staying skinny, because if you eat just UP to the point you're full and no more, you won't gain any wait :) [ MichiruKaiou's advice column | Ask MichiruKaiou A Question ]
kevin1986 answered Wednesday July 21 2004, 3:16 am: That's pretty small, but if you're happy with the way your body looks, you're not anorexic. And you're eating which is also not a sign of anorexia. But you go over the top with this calorie thing. If you can't eat unhealthy food now, when will you be able to? When you're 40? 50? 60? Plus it's a turnoff on dates if you're that conscious about what you eat. Have a big mac, cake, ice cream, and fattening stuff once in awhile. [ kevin1986's advice column | Ask kevin1986 A Question ]
FernGully answered Wednesday July 21 2004, 2:33 am: Not at all. There is absolutely nothing wrong with making healthy eating choices. As long as you aren't obsessed or beat yourself up if you eat too much. You may have a problem if when you've gone over your calorie limit, that you try to make up for that on another day by eating less or by getting it out of your system. Just be sure you remind yourself that food is not the enemy! [ FernGully's advice column | Ask FernGully A Question ]
girdy_goo15 answered Wednesday July 21 2004, 2:32 am: No!! it's just that your conscious on health. but you have to remember not to skip meals unless youre not hungry. this is a hard thing to do (not eat too much or too little) so just be careful and you'll be happy.
