Tell her the painful truth?

A friend of mine has recently put on some extra weight, yet she continues to wear the same clothes that are obviously to small for her. While in her bathing suit she said she didn't understand why it was so small, and that it must have shrunk. I don't know if she realizes the truth or if she is in denial.
I am her good friend, should I tell her the truth of what I am thinking, and if so how do I do it without hurting her feelings?

Im over weight and ive tried everything and now i don't know

Well lets start off my saying im 13/f and I weigh 155.I use to weigh 165 but then I stopped eating and I lost 10 pounds and well not eating isn't very healthy for you body and ive tried exercising with correct eating and that still didn't help so I just completely stopped eating and I think I over exercised.I would exercise 3 or more times a day for an hour or more and well I know im going about this the wrong way.I hate the way I look when I look into the mirror and I hate when I go shopping and nothing fits.Im a size 13 in Jr.'s clothes.Most ppl tell me that Im just exagerating about how big I really am and well I might be but if you were in my position you probably wouldn't like the way you looked either.Anyways to get to the point I nee...

Hey, here is my problem, I want to go to a pretty "high up there" college, meaning the price is really "high up there" too. I am going into my senior year, and I am about to start the application process. I am most definitely filing for financial aid (as will every other college bound senior in the country)... I have also created an account at Fastweb.com to get scholarship information. My question is this: Does anyone else know of any other sites or places/books that I can find scholarships? well i think i might be anerexic. im 5'4 and 93 pounds and i know that doesnt sound like alot but i really think im fat. all my friends say im so skinny but i think they are just trying to b nice... but it all fits the description of being anerexic. help what should i do

Hey, a couple months ago me and my boyfriend got caught having sex. I'm 15 years old and my parents were not too happy with me. They had no idea that I was sexually active before. They grounded me and told me that I could never see my boyfriend again, but I talked them into letting me stay with him, thats all taken care of but how can I gain their trust back? please help..

Okay...I know a lot of people ask what they should do if they're bad dancers and mostly they're told that they just need more confidence and that they can't be THAT bad. The thing is, I'm REALLY bad, and I'm not just saying it. There have been dances at my school and whenever I go I feel really stupid when I'm out there dancing because I know I suck at it. My boyfriend wanted to take me clubbing once and I had to make up an excuse because I didn't want to embarrass myself! Is there any way I can improve without taking classes? Or is it something that you sort of have to be a natural at? I don't want to have to avoid dancing situations forever! (okay, I'll stop with the drama) Anyway, any advice would help. Thanks!
