Im over weight and ive tried everything and now i don't know

Well lets start off my saying im 13/f and I weigh 155.I use to weigh 165 but then I stopped eating and I lost 10 pounds and well not eating isn't very healthy for you body and ive tried exercising with correct eating and that still didn't help so I just completely stopped eating and I think I over exercised.I would exercise 3 or more times a day for an hour or more and well I know im going about this the wrong way.I hate the way I look when I look into the mirror and I hate when I go shopping and nothing fits.Im a size 13 in Jr.'s clothes.Most ppl tell me that Im just exagerating about how big I really am and well I might be but if you were in my position you probably wouldn't like the way you looked either.Anyways to get to the point I need another way to help myself to lose weight or to gain self-confidence and be happy about the way I look without becoming anorexic.I can still eat so Im not completely anorexic yet so I need help before I get to that point.If anyone has any advice once so ever plz give me it.And I think Im pretty and all but I just hate the way my stomach looks.So plz help.I'll rate good so plz just help.Thank you.

I also forgot to say that I am only 5'4 so 155 is over weight for that height.

It's great that you realized you have a problem (not eating). That was a giant step that you tackled. Well, it seems to me that your actual weight isn't the thing that's bothering you, it's the way your body looks. So start trying to eat right. You know that you need to eat the same amount of calories everyday to keep up your weight, so first try and find foods with less calories. Drink lots of water and exersize. Go slow with exsersizes. For example start out with 25 or so crunches a day and the next week do 50. Try something like that. Also try and build self-confidence. Plus, that will give you more modivation to work out because you will feel happier. Good luck!

HeY,
I know how u feel cuz I'm 13/f 5'3" and weigh about the same as u. REally weird, right? I used to constantly think that i'm fat and I need to lose weight, but I lost about 20 pounds since feb. If ur eating less and less by the day, don't. Eat what u want, thats what I do sometimes, but after that, I just walk around my block a couple of times. Also, When u go to McDonalds or sumthing, order a salad instead of a couple of cheese burgers nd fries. And if u drink a lot of Soda, then u can loose more weight by substituting Soda with water.

About being anorexic, to tell u the truth i dont know what to say except u might want to search Google.com for some websites that will help

ok not eating is a very bad way to go about it. if you stop eating how long will you stop eating for? youll eventualy have to eat again and then youll gain back double what you lost. also theres something called glycogen in your muscles which can sustain your body for one day so the first day you will not loose any weight. my suggestion is the 90/10 diet + exercise. 90% of the time you eat healthy and 10% of the time you eat whatever you want. exercise regularly but not exesively and you will slowly, but healthily, loose weight

Because you're young and still growing and all that, it's a good idea to talk to a doctor about an appropriate weight-loss program. The programs some other people have been mentioning are aimed at adults, not teens, and may not be the best option for you.

Well, I kno wat ur goin through cause I have the same problem. Basically wat u said is wat I go through too. (small world). Anyway, just be confident about urself, and if u don't have a boyfriend,guys will start noticing u and who knos u might get a boyfriend. Because before I had confidence in myself, no guy noticed me, but now that I am confident, I have more guy friends that I do gurls, and I've already gone through 3 boyfriends in a year, (one after the other). So just be confident about urself and u'll notice how many people will notice u, and when u go shoppin just be happy of what u have, because sum skinny gurls want to me bigger. Just to help u when u go shoppin think to urself "Im confident, sexy and I love the way I look"!!!

I got an idea try that diet Trimspa if it worked for Anna Nicole I'm sure it'll work on you..dont get yourself down cuz of your wieght im sure your a very pretty girl who just needs some to boost your confidence up...i hoped i helped

hey there, please dun completely stop eating as its a biggie NONO! yes of course u should exercise, but do not overexert yourself with exercise, its not good for your body. first, start off with a good healthy diet, cut out on fatty dishes and instead of just exercising, eat fruits! learning to accept urself for you are and the way u look may take some time, but once you do accheive u will also gain a higher self esteem. start of by loving the body u are in now, be happy that ur body is healthy and u're not sick with illnesses. dun worry about ur tummy, as u exercise u'll cut down fats there, try doing situps. i know its not really nice doing situps, but u gotta go through a little bit of pain to acchieve the tummy u really want.
and also remember that i support ya, and i believe in you that u can do it! take care of urself and dun forget to drink loads of water after u exercise! ur body needs all the replenishments it can take. peace <3 -Rei

I had been in your exact same case last year.I had weighed 152 and i was 12 and then i became anorexic and i went down to 102 in a month and it lasted for another two-three months until i got help from my parents and doctors.I gained weight back so thats a good thing.You could ask your parents to maybe go to a local gym to work out.You dont have to stop eating junk food and or anyother food just have smaller portions of them and thats what really works.I had talked to my doctor and she said thats actually the best thing to do.Even just going on 1-2 mile walk and walk a couple times a week with a friend or something to help not concentrate on how long.I'm really happy you asked because you didnt want to go anorexic.hope i helped.let me know if you need anymore advice.

ok well I'd say keep your rootine and if it's ur stomach you really hate well do alot of crunches/sit ups and it will help it smallen up and then tighten so after you get to what like 120 you'll have a nice tummy...lol...believe me I tried it I'm 14 and I weighed maybe 240 and I'm 6 feet like normally for me thats fat and big right so I hated it...my doctor said for my height the average weigh is 200 so I was 40 over wight and my doing cunches/sit up and weights at the gym every well almost everyday for the gym part I lost 100 pounds and I looked fabulous but then I stoped and I gained back 10...and well now I weigh like 180 because I didn't look healthy and well peoples said I needed to add pounds then I was like geese wont I ever be happy with my choice and I am with 180 I'm fine I wear size 8 in jeans and it's good i used to wear 18's so if just try it and do biking and active stuff I'm very active in many ways but the wight just wouldn't come off....son't worry it will come it took me over like 3 months to loose a few pounds then it just like fell off or sumthing...lol
