Allyoop214 answered Tuesday August 24 2004, 4:49 pm: Tampons just seem more resonable to me. You're mot likely going to be jumping around a lot and that could make you leak out of a pad. That wouldn't be good! ^_^
juicyfruit answered Tuesday August 24 2004, 3:25 pm: I think it's better to wear both. I used to be a cheerleader and that's what I did. Because if I just wore a tampon, I'd be scared that something might leak so it's better to wear both to be safe. :) [ juicyfruit's advice column | Ask juicyfruit A Question ]
xXxpinky615xXx answered Tuesday August 24 2004, 1:58 pm: honestly tampons would be better because when you're more active they don't get in the way as much as pads do. but then again it's really what YOU are more comfortable wearing. Karen answered Tuesday August 24 2004, 1:41 pm: You should definitely wear a tampon while cheerleading because you don't have to worry about leaks when you jump and stretch. Also, wear a panty liner just incase. Hope I helped :) [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]

Laura answered Tuesday August 24 2004, 1:09 pm: Well, Iamcrying, wearing a tampon is just leaving the blood inside you, so basically there's a pool of blood still there.
But, I too say tampons, they're less of a hassle. Just be sure and change them often.
