When ever i babysit for this one family, they never pay me until weeks later. Im kinda shy to ask for it..but what should i do?

I recently sent a few friends the link to this site. Since then I haven't heard from any of them and wondered what I had done to upset them. I can see they are on IM but they never answer. I go to a chatplace we all use and no ones talking. I came here to ask advice and now I find they have all joined and are busily handing out advice like it's on buy one get one free.
I have once again tried to talk to them to ask what's going on but I am still not getting any replies.
I am very concerned they have become addicted to being Agony Aunts/Uncles, and do worry that this may lead to them neglecting not only their friends but also their work and families.
I will feel really guilty if any of them end u...

Well, there's this guy that I like a lot and I talk to him all the time, I have a class with him and my friends that have other classes with him say they forget he's in there because he never talks, but in my class, I talk to him all the time. Kind of like he isn't shy around me and that's awesome. Well, I asked him to this christmas dance because the girls had to ask the guys and he said he didn't know. Well, I asked him on Friday and now it's Tuesday and he hasn't answered me back. It's really weird though because whenever I see him in the hallways, we look over at eachother and sometimes we talk in the hallways and in class he usually will start a conversation with me, just random conversations. I'm not sure what's going on. I mean I kno...

I like this guy a lot, but he goes to a different school and lives kinda far away from me. Well we meet acouple of weeks ago and really hit it off. We talk on the phone alot and just resently i went to the movies with him. At the movies nothin happend. I didnt really know what exactly we were (friends, friends with benefits, dating). So i texted his phone later that night to ask. He said that he liked me and he wants to be more than just friends. Well last night at a basketball game we went to, i meet his parents who reffered to me as a friend of his. We just sat at the game and talked. Then afterwards he walked me outside and kissed me. I really like this guy, but i dont want to just be some girl he calls up to get some from, i really want...

this boy I was goin out with dumped me yestaday but he had 2 gt sum1 else 2 tll me and I thought the otha person was lying so i asced him he sed he has but I don't no wot was sed and he hasn't sed y then he started bein nasty 2 me sayin goin out with me was a mistake and started callin me a rhino and sayin nasty things i told him that he's a jerk snd that i culd do betta but then he was bein nasty and told my m8 he didnt like me then my so called ma8 was walkin home with me and she sed don't worry he's flirtin with me now and i culd hav slapped her anyway she kept goin on about him i nearly cried but managed nt 2 wot do I do

Well, my friend Jacob and I are close friends right, and he totally tells me all the time that he likes this girl and she likes his friend (cough cough...me) and he says that he still hangs out with her and stuff. but anyways its waay obvious he likes me (im the girl he's talking about).
And so today we were just passin notes in class (just like FRIENDS do) and this girl Brittany goes "are you guys passing notes?" and i said "yeah" and she goes "aww how cute....you guys should go out" and Jacob goes "why? just cuz we're passing notes?" and she says "no u guys would be so cute together n stuff" and me and Jacob look at each other like what?! and so yeah that was weird.now every1 think...

i like a boy named jim and my friend asked him for me if he'd ever consider to go out with me/she said nice things about me to him/etc. he said he wasnt sure because he doesnt know me well enough to do that. obviously this means to get to know him better. but i have the horrible case of SHYNESS only around HIM! and ive tried really hard to fix this. i need guy's opinions: what would convince him to go for me? my friend's say he'd go for me it's just i need to get out and show him what im really like. ive got everything that would make him say yes, except my voice keeps holding back. i need advice and help.. any is great- thanks so much. oh yeah- im 14 and try not to mention asking to go places, because in our grade, we arent really into that mode yet. ;)

hey rach, ok i've liked this guy for the longest time...im a freshman and i've liked him since the end of 7th grade. i mean i've like other guys while liking him but no matter what i've always had feelings for him. the thing is: we NEVER talk anymore, and hes totally not my type..im really loud and hes a shy guy..what should i do? and why do i like him so much???

I need help. Ive just recently started dated a guy i really like. My friend was really excited for me when she found out. But then both of them got into a big fight and now they hate each others guts. They always get into big fights. One time he called my friend bad names to her face. I stood up for her tho. cuz the reason why he cursed her out wasnt a good reason. But since he cursed her out shes been getting mad at me lately. She thinks that im putting him before our friendship. But im not. I value our friendship more than ever. She thinks i should break up w/ him because of the way hes been treating her. But i dont want to break up w/ him because he is sooo sweet to me. I feel like i can talk to him about anything. Plus he hasnt done any...

there is this girl that is obsessed with me at school. Before I even knew her she knew all of my classes, and now I see her ever time I turn around. After talking with her for only 5 min she said that her mom wanted to meet me. After she said that if freaked me out alittle and she was also saying bad things about one of my friends she I ignore her when I see her. Now she is applying at the place I work and I like someone body else that works there but it is going to be akward have her there. What can I do so she leaves me alone.

well one day i asked my friend catherine if she has talked to my boyfriend yet and she was like well no but he told me that if something hapeneds between you and him we will still be friends no metter what?

the boy I like is goin gout with my x-best friend. (thats ok )he made a promise at the beginning of the year that he wouldn't go out with anyone. my other best friend asked him out and he said no because he made that promise.is this boy worth worrying about

ok, theres this guy, mmk? and i know he likes me, cuz he told me like a bajillion times. but i dont like him AT ALL..and he keeps like hangin all over me and stuff. he calls me, i dont answer, he writes me notes, i throw them away and dont answer them, he emails me, i delete them, and i have him blocked on AOL..why wont he take the hint???? am i being too subtle? do i just need to like go up to him and make a huge scene or sumthin? please help, cuz he's really startin to bug me!!! thanks!
