double chin not wanted...

this is kind of a wierd question but i'm not a chubby person i'm fairly skinny and at times i have a double chin and it really bothers me. how can i get rid of it?

whats the best way to get hot legs??? like to make them smaller...i have pretty big legs and i want them to be leaner and tinner...like so i could weat shorts or a minni skirt....any tips for exercise..and food too?? thanks!:)

Ok I'm 16 years old. I'm 5'8 and weigh about 133 pounds. I know I may sound incredibly nieve here, but am I at a healthy weight range? My sister and my mom are both overweight, so they think anyone skinnier then them are practically aneroxic and don't really give me an honest answer.

Okay well I need to, & want to lose at least 10 pounds in one week, & I need to know what can I do to lose that much. I don't want to do any crash diets because I'm not trying to hurt myself, just get healthier and fit. What are some foods to completely avoid, & what kind of exercise can I do to accomplish my goal?

Running II

This is a follow up question to a question I recently asked:
So I wanna run 3 sessions for about 30-40 minutes.
That will be about 2 hours a day at least...And I was wondering if its bad, like if I can over run. The reason I'm doing this is because I need to run a timed mile with in a week
So is running about 2 hours a day for a week too much?
Like can you over run yourself (Like I know you can over drink like water and you can drown your intestines)

I have to run a 6:15 mile this year lsat year I did a 6:33 and I was really out of shape than.
This year I'm in preetty goood shape, but I still have to drop time.

So I have to do it by Wednesday, so if today is Friday, I have 6 days about.

SOOOO I heard that it takes about 28 days to get in shape, and 3 days to lose it (also is that true??)

Anyways, if I run 3 times a day for a half hour each day aka a total of 1.5 hours a day would I be in good shape?

2 questions -- only need to answer one if you don't know anything is appreciated!

Type of Dance?

I am a beginner in dancing- the closest to a dancing class I have been involved in is learning the fox trot and line dances. My question is... if I wanted to start dancing for physical activity and fun, what would be a good form of dance for me? I want to build strength and endurance, and I love dancing to more modern music and I have a very musical background, so I do have a good sense of rhythm. Modern, hip hop, jazz, tap, ballet? Anything?

(PS, being able to use it on the dance floor is a plus.)
