running I have to run a 6:15 mile this year lsat year I did a 6:33 and I was really out of shape than.
This year I'm in preetty goood shape, but I still have to drop time.
So I have to do it by Wednesday, so if today is Friday, I have 6 days about.
SOOOO I heard that it takes about 28 days to get in shape, and 3 days to lose it (also is that true??)
Anyways, if I run 3 times a day for a half hour each day aka a total of 1.5 hours a day would I be in good shape?

It does take about a month to get in shape, but that's just a vague idea because of course it matters how much you are actually doing for exercise. however, it does not take 3 days to lose everything. It takes about as long to get into shape as to get out of shape, so don't freak out if you miss a day or too.
for running, your 3 a day plan seems good, but don't do that on the day before, because otherwise you will be too fatigued to run well on wednesday. also, run sprint/fast jog intervals so that you can increase your speed, it will really help. goodluck! ]
