Weight loss Okay well I need to, & want to lose at least 10 pounds in one week, & I need to know what can I do to lose that much. I don't want to do any crash diets because I'm not trying to hurt myself, just get healthier and fit. What are some foods to completely avoid, & what kind of exercise can I do to accomplish my goal?

but i can help you go on a bread and water diet for 2 days and then a 1000 cal diet for 1 and then 500 for 1 day and then a bread and water diet again for a day and then a 1500 for 2 days. this should work.

well you can't do it healthily...you'll be losing 3 lbs of fat and 7 lbs of muscle...which is super unhealthy for your body...I'm sorry that you want to lose that much weight in a week but it's completely unrealistic...even with crash dieting you wont lose 10 lbs in a week...nothing will do that...but avoiding foods that are super high in sugars and eliminating soda from your diet completely will definitely be a big help...try that...you'll be surprised how much weight you lose. ]
lots and lots of excersises like running, crunches, leg lifts,etc. drink tons and tons of water and add lemon juice to the water, it burns calories. make sure you eat in the morning to keep your metabolism up [anything, even if it's like 10 calories], try to stay away from carbs. don't give into cravings.
some foods that are good to eat are salad, fruits, vegetables, [especially celery, it burns more calories then it actually has in it by eating it], egg whites, and soup. remember portion control and maybe eat two to three small meals a day but with low calorie and fat foods.
