whats BMR?
and how do you lose weight fast? this is not only for me but for my mom and sisters too..
lose weight forever..
i know i know healthy lifestyle but how do you do that
please be specific
and im thirteen with a big stomach that have legs always touching when i walk [that means i have fat flabby thighs] and un toned flabby arms which i hate.. how do i get rid of those fat or punds
im 13 tell me how to lose weight in a heal;thy way... thanks
a healthy lifestyle simply requires eating right and exercising (even if its a 20 min walk or run everyday) eating right means more veggies, fruits, and protein.. and less sugar. sugar is a huge one. it will stick to. also, try to stay away from foods with high fructose corn syrup. its pretty much like poison for your body. what it does is turns to fat and is impossible to burn off.
so if you eat healthy and exercise now, you will develop a healthy lifestyle and youll be fit from now on. you wont have to worry about dieting later in life.
hope i helped :] if you have any questions please feel free to send me a message! i know all about this stuff n im happy to help! im 19/f so u can feel comfortable talkingg to a girl! [ babyxo's advice column | Ask babyxo A Question ]

This is the amount of calories you have to intake JUST to perform body functions to stay alive.
If you're only 13, you're just filling out. You aren't getting fat or anything, you're growing up.
If you and family members waat to lose weight, yes you need to choose a healthy lifestyle.
Eat right and get active!
Cut out junk food (chips, cookies, etc.) and replace them with fruit and healtht alternatives.
Play sports, go for a jog, dance, just get active.
Though you're only 13, I highly doubt you need to lsoe weight since you're just, like I said, filling out. It's perfectly normal.
