Maybe you'll lose a large amount of weight in a short time, but you'll gain all that back as soon as you get off what I assume to be a "unhealthy diet" doubly as fast. You should only lose 1-1.5 lbs per week and that way, you can continue to keep it off.
There's my forum. I have topics on losing weight, exercise, and a list of good foods you should stick with [the food list is under the topic "Fats, Carbs, and Protein, wtf???" or something like that. Note that those are not the only foods, but a very short version of the long list of good foods.]
