SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME LOOSE WEIGHT!!! Hi MY NAME IS TYASIA AND IM 13 YEARS OLD...I WEIGH 140 POUNDS BUT THE ONLY THING THAT SAVED ME IS THAT IM TALL ...MY HEIGHT IS 5'4 AND I NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT BY SEPTEMBER 7TH!!!PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO! I WANT TO LOOSE 10-15 POUNDS BY SEPTEMBER 7TH...IF I DONT GET HELP I WILL STARVE MYSELF! AND I DONT WANT TO DO IT BUT THATS HOW BAD I WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT PLEASE HELP Me!!!

Do not starve yourself. If you do, and eat one thing- all the weight will just come back. Don't do it.
You can try to run everyday, and do crunches and pushups.
If you do at least 45 minutes of excercise everyday, you will be fine:]

um whats with the capitals..anyways, you have to realise that there are only two steps to healthy living, and losing weight. a balanced diet, and plenty of excercise :) it might be vague, but plenty of veggies, snack on fruit instead of anything else. do lots of cardio excercise which is excercise that makes you sweat i think. running etc. sit ups etc probabaly wont help you to lose fat, but build muscle instead. ]
