I think it's a bit sad that you want to lose weight for the guys and not for yourself but you should use your reason for wanting to lose weight as your motivation.
When you're working out and thinking about quitting before you should or when you're thinking about eating that last piece of cake, think about the guys you want to see you as hot.
Also, make a playlist and listen to it when you're working out. Music has a huge effect on your workout without you even realising it and it can really make you feel like not stopping. If you want a look at some of the songs I have on my playlist, feel free to leave me a message in my inbox.
Another one is using pictures of celebrities as your ''thinsperation''. I have a few pictures on my mirror and if you can, putting pictures on your fridge is a good idea too. [ xxclusive's advice column | Ask xxclusive A Question ]

Not for guys to see you as hot, because, really, all guys have their own meanings of "hot". Not kidding you, because 89% of my friends are guys, sadly, and I have never had any two guys give the same definition for the term "hot" on a girl.
Anyways, for motivation...
1. Buy clothes that you'd want to fit into when you lose weight, but make sure that the sizes are reasonable...hang it up in your closet or some place you'll see it often.
2. Healthy life and lifestyle. What could be better than that?
3. Make a list of things you'll reward yourself with if you eat/exercise healthily for a week. NOT with food, mind you. With maybe like a "at-home spa day" or going bowling or hanging out with friends. Stuff like that.
4. Healthy life and lifestyle. What could be better than that?
5. You'll gain more self confidence, I guess.
6. Healthy life and lifestyle. Get my point? Good.
Good luck and if you want, I have tips for losing weight in my forum
