Try the Clique series, by Lisi Harrison, the Mediator series, by Meg Cabot, and the 1-800-WHERE-R-YOU series, by Meg Cabot.
And Once Upon A Marigold, by Jean Ferris.
Also, the Maximum Ride series, by James Patterson. It's got romance, comedy, and definitely action, travel, and fantasy.

I'm 17, and 5 years ago something really horrible happened to me. I accidently let it slip to this guy I really like and he said he wanted to hear the whole story, but I was too scared to tell him then... OK so i go to A LOT of pool parties.
and well the thing is, i usually look horrible after i get out of the pool!
I see other girls just get out and dry off and they look great but my hair is very thick and wavy and when it gets wet and dries on its own, it gets very dry and frizzy.
also my face gets really dry after i go in the water and at home i use a hydrating gel, but i cant at a pool party.
I also have some acne that i like to cover up with makeup but that usually washes off and i mean i try to bring coverup to touch up in the bathrooom but still.
I want to know what i can do to just have fun at a pool party and not have to worry about how i look?? (link)

If you wear a shower cap when you're in the pool, and just take it off when you get out, your hair will still be dry.

Ok, so the school i go to has a bathroom with stall doors that big spaces where the hinges are and people can see through them at you. Obviously when they built them, they just made the doors like that. But anyways, me and all my friends are really self concious about that. What should we do? (link)

Ok, i am starting highschool tomorrow and i am really really nervous! I dont really know my way around the school, i have only been in the hallways and stuff one time. I am also scared that i won't have my lunch period with any of my friends and i will be stuck with people i dont know sophmores, juniors and seniors. Don't even worry about it.
When you worry, you blow every little thing out of proportion, which is definitely not something you want to do.
You'll make new friends, even if they're just the ones that you'll hang out with at school, but, you wouldn't invite them over.
But you're bound to have at least one class with you're friends.

Ok a girl someday needs to shave her legs or wax them and now is the appropreate time.
My sister knows it, I know it, her friends know it, and she wants to but she's scared of the pain.
I joked once about how we could take her to a medical place where they drug her asleep and then we wax/shave her legs and she says its a great idea but i said that she'll die from getting drugged every other week!
Also people cut themselves by accident (but it never happens to me) and she's scared of that too!

Suggest a hair remover, like Nair, or Epil-Stop.
There's no razor, no heat, no pull, and it's completely painless.
But, tell her to make sure she washes her legs after, so the chemicals don't stick to her skin.

Okay, I really need a new laptop, and my mom said what brand? i said a macbook! I really want one, and since im a student, i get 100 bucks off + a rebate on a ipod, i already have both, a laptop [dell] and a ipod, but i really wanna upgrade! so, i have a problem, i pull my hair out, i dont alot anymore, but i have hair but its short and grooss and curly, i hate it! my mom said "if you take your bandanna off, forever, ill buy it for you, ill buy you the world, if it makes you stop." but, i really want to! but its so embarissing... i mean, ive been going to school like this for 3 years, with a bandanna, and im going into highschool, so isnt it odd if i go without one?

About a month or two ago I made a promise to God that I would not masturbate until I turned 14. Several months ago, probably like 3 or 4 maybe 5, I turned 13. But, I broke that promise. And I know it's really bad to do that, and I'm a Catholic! But the really bad thing is, that I keep telling God I won't do it again, but I do! Sometimes when I cross my legs my clitoris throbs and it feels good, does that count? A part of me feels like he forgives me, partly because it was the time of my period when you're in heat, but part of me feels like he won't forgive me and I don't deserve to go to Heaven. I feel like I've broken my promise, God never breaks a promise and I feel unworthy. I talk to God a lot, I pray a lot, and praise him a lot. But sometimes I'm not nice to others like I should be. Like lying, or making fun of someone and not apologizing, although most of the time I do, yet I do it again! I truly, truly, truly need help to keep my promise and stay un-horny. Will I go to hell for this? Will he forgive me? I feel so scared, I want to go to Heaven! I worship God with all my heart, I really do. And I believe in Jesus and his commandments and in the beatitudes. But one night a while back, I wanted to sort of have my own way of getting an immediate answer with him. Years ago, I bought a statue of Jesus from Canada and the hands broke off accidentally. So I took one hand and fell alseep with it in my hand and asked him to have me wake up with it on the right side of my bed if the answer was "Yes, you will go to Heaven." and it go to the left side if the answer was no. It landed on the left side underneath me! I'm scared. I've done this before, and I asked him if I would meet my sisters in Heaven (I never met them) and it landed on the right side. Is this kind of witch craft or something? Well I'm really scared, so please answer this question! (link)

my friend has a really hard home life, her parents expect her to be perfect, have perfect grades,her room spotless,perfect friends..etc she if losing it! shes getting in trouble for every little thing and im scared for her, i have no idea what goes on after i leave her house but im kinda afraid to know. ive heard some stories and they get pretty bad. now shes saying she wants to be with her cousin who died. shes depressed about everything and she cant tell anyone cause she'd get screamed at. how can i help her get out of the hole shes in?
