getting over him/finding someone new.

I have fallen extremely hard for this guy. And my friend did too. I now realize it isn't going to work out between him and me, and he really isn't that great of a person anyway. The problem is, I just can't seem to get over him. I still think about him non-stop, and I always end up feeling miserable because I know I can't have him. I really just want this to end. So how do I get over him?
Also, I'd really like to find someone new, but I don't even know when to begin even more. Can I have some ideas on how to do that? And something other than join a club please, because I plan on doing that already.

my gam(grandma) died in 12/10/07.
On my 17th birthday I'm allowed to get a tattoo. And I want it for her. Now I want it on my rips(going up the sides) I really can't find anything like that. I did find some things, but it's not what I'm really looking for. My birthday is in June. I MIGHT Get it early bc I'm going to Florida around my birthday wih my friend. And I want my tattoo to be PERFECT and have it ready whenever I go to get it. Can anyone on here maybe draw a picture if I explain what I want to you? Or even do it on the computer? Please and Thank You Soooo Much!!

i broke up with my boyfriend yesterady, we had only gone out for about 5 days though. i broke up with him because i didnt really like him that much, he acted so much different than when we were friends and i also liked this other boy, so i figured it wasnt right if i wasnt into the relationship. he kinda got mad at me, and told my friend he was really sad that i broke up with him. i told my friend maybe we could try it again once i was over the other guy, but i still feel rEALLy bad. what should i do?

well there is a guy that likes me and i like him back. we are both 16. but he wont do anything about it and im not really sure what to do about it either because i like to play hard to get and i think it is the guy's place to go after the girl but at the same time i really like this guy so i dont know what to do. this really hasnt happened to me before...we arent that close, but we have a few of the same friends and we talk just as friends whenever we see each other

Im moving in the beginning of June to another state hours away. The main problem (besides everything else!!) is that I'm leaving my boyfriend. We have been best friends for a couple years and recently started dating. We really love each other and I think i might even be falling in love with him! i dont know what to do because i cant imagine leaving and being single because i would still love him. we dont want to go long distance in case it messes up our friendship so we were going to break up but how can i do that when i love him? Soo what would you guys do?? we are in high school so its not like we can just go see each other-i would only see him a couple times a year. When is it okay to talk about the future?

I've been in this relationship with my boyfriend for nearly three years now. I'm 18, he's 22. I'd like to call it serious, but it's the first relationship I've had that I would even consider calling it serious, so I don't know for sure.
My question is this: when, if at all, would be a good time to talk to him about the future? I mean it's pretty obvious we're going to be together a long time. Since we're both in college now, I feel like it would be a good idea to at least have some general outline for the future of our relationship, as in whether we're going to get married or not and basically what our future goals are.
Of course I don't want to put things in stone, but I've wanted to talk about this with him f...

so there is this girl in all my classes that im not really friends with.well shes been going with this boy for like a year who went to our school last year but left this year.they still go out but i swear she doesnt act like it.there is this boy in one of my classes that she always use to ake to pick her up(like a hug).well i started to like him and he deff didnt like that girl as more then maybe a friend.i asked him out and he said yes.so we go out now and the hugging between them has stopped ofcoarse.now she keeps making these comments like he was my man first or he told me he liked me better then you and all this other crap which ofcoarse isnt true.then on valentines day she comes up to me and tells me that my bf got her a valentines gif...

ok there is this guy i like a lot and we went out in like 3rd grade ;but this year he went out with one of my best friends and he promised me if they broke up he would ask me out but then he went out with my ex friend but he told me that he still loves my friend after i told him how i felt about him so ypu think ypu could help out a lil???

I'm a 16 year-old girl and my 15 year old (first) boyfriend says that I should change myself COMPLETELY just for him. And when I asked him why he's still with me and why he doesn't go to someone else he says it's because of all the sexual things he wants to do with me. I'm like..wtf..You don't respect me. You want me to change for YOUR sick pleasures...Well, I'm not going to change. It upsets me...because everything I seem to do, he's not happy with. The way I dress, act...He LOVES the way I look. And that's about it.
I'm on the verge of breaking up with him. We've been together for a month and 2 weeks. Do you think I should give him another chance?

Im 15 and havnt had a relationship...out of my own choice..i decided when i go out with a boy i want to make sure i know it will lead somewhere and that i have to truly like him..not just a 2 week stupid relationship. But now im getting to a point where im past waiting for boys...genuine boys. You can never find them where i live. They're all into this gansta r and b rubbish. I need a boy who accepts me as their equal and loves everything about me and dosnt want anything sexual. How long till i find someone like that?I want love...whether im young or not and im tired of waiting. My best friend has been hurt so many times and its just proved to us both noone is genuine and cares about the girls heart. Please can someone give me some help..why arent there boys like that ?

Okay, now most people who are going to read this, i dont really know how to word what im saying, but hopefully you'll be able to understand my situation.
now my problem is i feel weird around my parents, when im getting closer and closer with the boyfriend that i have, that they dont know about.

wrong with or what because ive only dated people on the internet its like nomatter what i do i can't seem to get a boyfriend . its not like i want to date someone o just be with someone i only want tto date people who care about me and are interested in what i have to say. so my question is why isnt any guy interested in me ?
because im like outgoing and stuff im in the 9th grade now and im gettin worried that i'll never find a guy so if anyone can give me any tips or anything that would be great thankies.

so I'm going to try to make this as short as possible...here it goes:
there are two guys guy #1 and 2...
#1: He is nice to me, incredibly sweet (although none of my friends or family like him and he's not very attractive), but in school (and outside of school) I never see him. ok, so i have a problem with the guy i like and guys i used to like. all of them are taken by my friends (except for one, but that not important), but i liked them before they even got together. so what is my problem? i know there's one person for everyone, but i can't help but to feel lonely.
