Christmas Bonus

I have been working for a company for about a year and a half. Last Christmas time I got a bonus of $20. This year, when I was really depending on that small bit of bonus, I got nothing.
The company recently sent a letter to all of it's employee's scolding us on leaving early. I was one of the people who had left early sometimes. I haven't done it since, but could that affect my Christmas bonus?
I know it isn't that the company can't afford it.
What I'm wondering is what the proper thing for me to do would be. Would it be uncalled for if I asked them about a bonus? I need to call them before Friday about working on Christmas, so should I just ask about my pay on Christmas weekend, and if th...

I miss my best friend

About a week and a half ago I saw my best friend Dylan over the weekend. We just hung out and went to the mall. We later on went back to his house. When ever I see him we kiss and cuddle and I love it more then anything. My parents picked me up at his house around 10:30 and when I was walking out of the door he told me to call him. I called him the next day 1 time and he didnt pick up. I didnt leave a msg bc I thought that he would see my # and call me back but he didnt. Annoying Friend

Well i have thins friend lets call him Jen. Well Jen is so ANNOYING she follows me around EVERYWHERE. Everything i do she does. (ex: i color my hair, she does the same. i cut my bangs, she does the same. i make up crazy words, she says she did.) its getting really anoying and i cannot even joke with her about things and then she gets all mad. even my friends know her for a month and thinks she is annoying. She even tried to steal my BF and she didn't even like him she just wanted a bf. She also like a guy after one hour of knowing him. It's almost xmas, and I don't have any gifts for my family. And worse of all, I can't go out and get gifts for them because I'm broke. Does anyone have any ideas how I can "make" a gift for my family? [I have one bro, 19, two parents, age unknown, and one sister, age 21.] If anyone could think of creative fun things I could make out of house hold items, I'd love you forever.

YA i know this is weird since i have an advice colum (lilcutie1212) But i really dont know what to do. Im in middle school in 8th grade and my boyfriend is in 10th grade I dont see him alot becuase he is like at terravilla and i am at westglades. Ok i have a puppy, i just got the other day and she will be 7 weeks old tomorrow...well my problem is...she wont stop useing the bathroom on my floor in my bedroom and everywhere else in the house...even though i tell her no...thats bad and not to do it again but she keeps on and on whenever i see that shes about to go to the bathroom i pick her up and rush her outside....its annoying and i need advice on how to get her to stop useing the bathroom on my floor...thanks...i'll rate anyone who answers this for me!

I'm a 30 yr old male. My situation is a bit complicated. Several years ago I became very close to this girl. Problem was she was seeing someone else and her family expected her to remain with this person. Our relationship was never really defined, but we were close. Abruptly, things changed. She wouldn't see me or talk to me anymore. I suspect that someone may have mentioned me to her family,which caused a problem. We were supposed to talk about it but were not able to after that.
