i feel like my eating habits are too unhealthy

I rarely eat breakfast and I have a normal sized mostly healthy lunch and dinner. My problem is when I'm at home and have nothing to do. I eat and eat and eat. Sometimes its snacks and other times it's enough food for a meal. I also eat when I'm bored and sad. If there is anything that I eat (especially chocolate), I'll eat it. I'm trying to be healthy, but I can't control myself. A few years ago, I was the opposite. I guess I could have been considered anorexic then. Now, instead of forcing myself to eat a little, I can't stop myself from eating. I can't really talk to this with my parents because they think I'm over reacting about things. Is there anything that I could do?

I'm 47 and recently divorced. Started seeing a guy and told him straight up I wanted total honesty no matter what and wasn't interested in sexual buddy relationship. He's been cold then hot for 3 months. Found out he's been seeing someone else also. Why lie? He seems to be mad at me now for finding out,why? He won't come right out and say he doesn't want to see me anymore. Before finding out he would say he likes me a lot but he was scared. What's going on with him?

I want a perm but . .

So my hair is pin straight and I hate it. I can never get it to curl or "scruntch" no matter what I use or how long I do it for. I love curly hair and I want corkscrew curls I've been searching forever on how to do it and my friend told me to get a perm. But I don't want to keep getting them over and over again or it to damage me hair. Should I get a perm? How long do they last? How much do they cost to get done proffessionaly?

I was just wondering whick one I should get for my 14 birthday. My mother said I can get one of the two...so should I get an iPod or a bass guitar??...I was leaning more twoard the bass because I really want to learn bass and start a band. I actually want to be in a band by the time I'm 15 or 16. I don't really know why I want an iPod cuz I have a cell phone....so which should I get?? iPod, or bass guitar?? Thanks!!

alright so im 14 and i dont know how to kiss my boyfriend. when we were slow dancing he leaned in to kiss me and i thought i knew but i so messed up. i ruined it. we tried again and i messed up i get so nervous and i havent had my first kiss so i kinda dont know how.

brown/red discharge

I have a weird brown/reddish discharge that's not constant for the passed few days. My period ended a little over a week ago and I started birthcontrol exactly.one week ago. I also had a bladder infection about 2 weeks ago. I am very sexually active with my husband (we have sex at least once a day) The information I found on the internet was very vague and not helpful. The only thing I saw was that it could be uteral lining that did not come out when I was on my period. This has never happened to me before. Can anyone help me with this? I know no one is a doctor but I don't have the money or time to run to the doctor for no reason. Thanks!

Can i lose weight this way?

I'm trying to lose a little weight like 10-20 lbs. I usually eat a bowl of cereal and a banana for breakfast and a coffee, a soup or chicken salad for lunch and dinner varies, usually something not too bad though. i really don't snack alot if i do its usually like apples and peanut butter or hummus and pretzel sticks. i go to the gym basically everyday and run about 4 miles which usually burns around 500 calories. is this a good way to lose weight or is it bad to run that much? i'm in pretty good shape so it really isn't hard on me but i just want to know if thats a good way. thanks. I'm also 19/f 142 lbs 5'4".

How do I have a normal relationship with my ever-angry mother?

My Mother gets mad at me all the time. Whenever I'm in a bad mood, or feeling upset, instead of offering sympathy she yells at me and gets angry. It's pretty aggravating and it's caused me to realize I can't talk to her about anything and expect to come away with any meaningful advice. So, I can't talk to my mother, but neither can I talk to anyone else. I don't have a best friend, I'm distant from my Dad, my brother is too reserved and shy to talk to me about my problems, and I'm not close with any teachers at school.
The good thing is I don't have any gaping problems that I desperately need advice or comfort on. But it makes me sad that I don't have someone to talk to about my usual teenage troubles--like boys, friends, dra...

I'm a sixteen year old girl, and, for the past three years, I have been dealing with unexplained memory loss and difficulty with facial recognition. This problem of mine began in 2009 when I started having difficulty visualizing events that I should be able to remember (like birthday parties and family trips). My parents didn't take me seriously, so I tried to ignore it. By mid-2010, however, all of my memories of everything prior to 2008 had vanished. At this point, I've learned to cope with it.. I just figured that, if I'm happy and successful today, my past isn't a big deal. Im 17 years old and i got arrested yesterday at walmart for stealing $280 worth of merchandise. This is my second time getting arrested (the first was for fighting at school) i was wondering what my punishment might be.
