Endurance Running Tips 24/f

I love to run. I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia (basically widespread chronic pain for those uninformed), and exercise induced asthma, and am medicated for both, but it still sucks, and these problems get in the way.
I've been running nearly every other day since August, after a year off working out completely. I used to be able to run 5k in under half an hour, but that's the farthest I've ever run. I've always fashioned myself more of a sprinter, though. I'm very fast, but I can't seem to maintain. I'd like to change that.
I've tried limiting my speed - on a treadmill, I've been setting my jog speed to 6mph, which is almost uncomfortably slow for me, as I usually run at 6.5mph, but I've noticed more abili...

There is this girl that works at my local video renting store. I think i am starting to like her. The problem is that i don't know how to approach her, engage in quick conversation, and ask her out. Since she is working, I can't have a long conversation. What should I do? Is there a way to see if she likes me back? How can i hint to her that i like her?

clear mucus like substance

this is embarrassing but i had diarrhea and while cleaning myself i saw a clear gooey substance that looked like mucus on the paper i cleaned myself with i know it came out of my bottom and im pretty sure its not vaginal discharge but once by diarrhea stopped i never saw it again so what is this substance?

How to cure a headache? home remedy

Hi,
I have a MAJOR headache right now and I have to read this book for tomorrow, and I'm going over to a friend's house later, so I can't read there. I need to read 50 pages and it takes me about 1 minute to read a page if I'm very concentrated, which will be very hard for me now. I want to wait until I get at least a little bit better.
I want to know if anyone has a home remedy for headaches? Anything but pills, PLEASE. also, does it make it worse if you read while you have a headache? It's very hard for me to type this right now, but I had to give you all the details that you might need.
Anything you do, please don't tell me to drink pills because I don't like to swallow pills.

I am a sixteen-year old girl and I really hate my family. I usually have good days at school, but once I hit the steps of my home, all my happiness washes away. What's the problem exactly? Well, a lot of things, but mostly my mother. Let's start with her.

Sudden relapse into; insecurity / stress / depression

I physically feel an ache in my chest and a burning in the pit of my stomach, accompanied by nausea. I feel jittery (probably from lack of sleep.) I haven't been sleeping well, infact from friday night to last night Ive only had 2 hours of sleep. I'm having a bit of a nervous breakdown do to, having to explain to a unknown person on the bus about what gender I am and in their words, "why I go to extreme lengths to make it difficult to read." Am I obsessive?

I'm thirteen and my boyfriend just recently broke up with me. When I asked him why, he said it was because I was too obsessive.
Whenever we're together, we share jokes and tell what's happening in our lives. I text him whenever there's a problem or if something important is going to happen to me. I don't recall buying gifts for him or making his picture my desktop background, while he buys me gifts and makes my picture his desktop background. I treat him like a best friend except that I really like him, while he treats me like he loves me.

I've been dating this guy since Christmas, and we've been just fine. Some people have told me he's been cheating on me, but he denies it and tells me he likes me and only me. For a few weeks, he's been talking to my friend (who's a girl, and his ex) more than me. She hated him before I started dating him, and this isn't the first time she's gotten really close to the person I'm seeing. He hasn't talked to me in a week, and I can't go to his house because of his family issues. What do I do? I really need some advice!

Dealing with self injury scars

This is something that a rarely talk about its been bothering me for a while. When I was 12-15 years old I felt with self injury and a eating disorder, now 18 I have scares all over my body, and even tho most have faded they are still noticeable to me. I'm very insecure to wear bathing suits, and even sometimes I feel self conscious while having sex with my fiancé, who has been there for me ever since i started cutting. He said he dosnt mind the scars and what's Important to him is me not my body, but I still feel uneasy.
Are there any meds I can use to fade the scares on my stomach, ankles and thighs?
