Renting?

Hi!!
I'm 16 but still in year 11 and I desperately want to move out. I have a job with a regular income (not huge but it's enough) and quite a bit of money saved up. Me and two of my friends want to move out and rent a house somewhere, but we don't know if anyone will rent to us!! Even though we're over 16, we're still in school and you can't get a full-time 'proper' job until you've finished year 11, so does anyone know if you can rent houses - and if you can, if anyone is willing to rent them to you! - before you finish year 11? Or will we have to wait until July, when the school year ends, despite our age?

Hi everyone,
OK, me and my friends had loads of stuff planned for this half term holiday but they've all cancelled on me! I always argue with my mum so I spend most of my time away from her, upstairs on the PC or in my room. Seen as my friends have cancelled on loads of stuff, I have nothing to do!
Anyone got any suggestions that don't involve going out by myself or spending time with my 'rents?

I have been sick since last night...I ate left overs and about 3 V-day Chocolates. Well I feel as if I want to throw up and yet and I can't and I occaisionaly get some pains on my side and of stomach. My mother said I could have Appendicitas. (Spelling?) In my family Appendix, is a big deal. (My family has a history)
I have tried to google info but perhaps some of you could tell me some main things that go along with appendixcitas.

ok, so i like have this guy friend... and i like really like him alot, more than a friend. Last night i went over to his house with my best friend and he invited her crush over too... it was weird because like for a half an hour they kept asking us who we liked... if it was someone else i probubly would have told them... but now they are going to keep bugging us and i usually crack under that kinda pressure.. but i cant crack this time because im afraid it would be weird... and he wont like me as a friend anymore... because he doesnt feel the same. what should i do.. i mean im not like pretty.. im not ugly... im not popular.. im not a geek... but i dont think that he will feel the same and i dont know if i should tell him...

my throat kills

i have a fever and my throat feels like its bleeding and when i swallow it hurts really badly, my mouth also produces thick spit which is kinda nasty... if any of you have any advice as to how i can get rid of this please help. thanks

ok im really selfconsious about my boobs but recently i had mark onmy boobs and they look like strech marks and i dunno y i would have them i mean my boobs aint even that big and im not fat of anything.. wut could it b from?

I'm 22/m and my sister just turned 16. We're very close with one another and usually can share anything. Recently, however, she has become more sexually explorative, which is fine, but now seems to be obsessed by it. She told me yesterday that she wants to hook up with this 19 year old freshman in college that I know. They're not dating, but are considering getting to know each other. My sister used to be so righteous and moral and I feel that she's going to just end up hurt with this new sexual discovery. She's thinking about getting ahotel room with this guy this weekend. Well i am kinda inlove with this guy which i have never talked to him and he is older then me and he lives in my town and i always see him driving his car as i stare at him just imangining if he could once be with me.... I mean everyone in my town knows him but their all like if you go out with him he is nothing but dirt he droped outta school and nowworks my mom tells me she would suport me if i went out with him but i dont know what to ask him or i dont how to talk to him do you think i should try to or do u think he aint worth it????? because everynight i cry in bed and wishing he would go out with and give me a chance what should i do????

Ok...my bf is 19 and a really good guy. I am the frist long term gf he has had and I am afraid I am corrupting him. We almost had sex tonight (we both believe/ed in waiting till marriage) but only really stopped because I had to get home. I am afraid that I am going to drive him away even though its something he appears to want. How do I get him to give me a straight answer? I have asked but he just can't.

Ok theres this guy.. i really like him BUT him & this grl just ended.. i mean they went out last yr for a week.. & broke up but ever since then they've been like kinda like a couple but not? & newayss well i rly like himmm & like he calls me @ night & sumtimes i call him.. it goes back & forth & we just talk bout nothing rly just i dno.. & he always begs me to go the dances.. & hes always like go 2 the dance & ill dance with u.. i dno if thats just him kidding around? its kinda iffffy.. i dno .. duz it seem like he likes me? or no.. i dno.. he said he likes someone new.. & his profile says the same.. Turning 14/F Birthday Party ideas

What are some good party ideas for a girl who is turning 14 this summer, has friends that'd she like to invite aging from 12-16, and will have guys and gals at her party? I want to throw a really cool party for her, but I'm not sure where to begin. A Suprise Party is not an option, and we don't have a pool. I'd like something fun, original, and not boring. There's this guy I'm friends with, I seem him everyday at school. We talk a lot, and I'm pretty sure he flirts with me. But how exactly do you tell the difference from when a guy just likes you as a friend, and when he likes you as more? How can you tell when a guy is flirting with you? Please help. :-/
