Question Posted Tuesday February 15 2005, 3:27 pm

Hi everyone,
OK, me and my friends had loads of stuff planned for this half term holiday but they've all cancelled on me! I always argue with my mum so I spend most of my time away from her, upstairs on the PC or in my room. Seen as my friends have cancelled on loads of stuff, I have nothing to do!
Anyone got any suggestions that don't involve going out by myself or spending time with my 'rents?
Thanks!!

well, if you're bored, you can NEVER go wrong with the internet!!! do a google search for sites about anything you're interested in (i for example looked up a bunch of witchcraft sites) or anything fun or things you wanna try , or favorite celebs or pretty much ANYTHING. or, there's also the possibility of hanging out with friends ( you've gotta have other ones, right?). if you need any more help, ask me and i'll come up with MANY MORE IDEAS! (i'm in kind of a rush right now)HAVE FUN!!!

Well, maybe you should first compromise with your mom just so that you two are ok.
Do you have a sport that you enjoy doing, or is there a sport that you have always wanted to try? If you or your parents are willing to pay, you could maybe go and try something new. Soccer, basketball, dance, gymnastics, an instrument (i recommend guitar or drums, hey maybe you could even start a band??)
These are all great ways to keep you busy & entertained. If you can't do these things, try and make new friends and hang out with these people. You can never have too many friends!
Hope I helped

When you have nothing to do, you can go on your computer and listen to music or just go on the internet. You can clean your room and rearrange it. You can watch a few movies or just plain old TV. You can do things around the house for your parents if they are willing to give you money ;) You can take pictures and you can do so many other things also. Just think of what you like to do and just have fun. Hope I helped :)
