what exercises can i do to get a flatter stomach? i am happier with how i look and my weight but i just wanna tone up for next summer so i can look great in my bikinis
Karen answered Tuesday February 15 2005, 7:11 am: To get a flatter stomach, you need to do abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups. Running or jogging also helps tone your abdominals. Hope I helped :)
