is it better to do crunches all at the same time, but like do 20 crunches then do 20 crunches and so on.. or do it throughout the day? i do my crunches at the same time and do about 60 crunches, but i rest in between about a minute

Ok so this is whats going on: I'm 16 (so is he) and a sophmore. Lately Ive been hanging out a lot with this guy from another school. He's great! Really funny, good looking, into soccer, can drive (lol thats always a PLUS), lots of the same friends.. you get it right? Ok well there are some problems that i need some advice on!! 1)He goes to another school. Its really close to mine but its a catholic school. 2) I cant tell if he likes me as much as I like him. And I cant tell if he's like this with every other girl. I was talking to my friend about him and she was like "yeah well who wouldnt like him?!" ...i want a relationship but i dont want to speed into it. I dont want to be liking a guy who 452456875242578 other girls like. 3)H...

Okay...for all those ppl out there who play the sims2 i have a question...like you know how you can have custom content like skin,hair,makeup and clothing, well how exactly do you make stuff like that...is there like a program that you have to use to get that custom stuff?

ok so i av been off skl for a gd while now but before i left me and ma best mates were really really close but then when i was off a girl in ma class has like took them away fae me. i'm not jealous or anything cause like now that am bck at skl av been trying to get along with her but its as if ma best mates has forgot about me but they like phones me at the weekends though its just at skl they don't speak to me as much its really weird. can u help me

1- i downloaded some skins for the sims but im not sure what file they go on but my objects worked. i put the skin under downloads into a different file and its not working any suggestions

im a 16/f and im satisfied with my breast size. I dont want them to get any bigger though. Is it possible to control the growth? Or do i have no control over it? I d ont want them getting as big as my moms breasts..thats a little too big for me.

ideas for a big project

i have a big project im required to complete..and i was basically told that i should base it on something im passionate about. thing is i dont think im passionate about anything. and im no expert in anything. i was thinking of organizing a twister tournament, that woulld raise money for hospice. this project is completely open-ended, but the twister im afraid id get bored and quit or fall behind... it doesnt sound that interesting. any suggestions/thoughts about what i should do?

I have a simple question that I can't find the answer to. In the middle school I go to they have a P.E. class. In P.E. class we do jumping-jacks. What do jumping-jacks help you build? Your arms, legs, stomach, or something?

I'm a thirteen year old female. Recently Iv'e started eating super healthy. When I'm at home eating the food there, or eating foods with nutrition information I'm fine, but whenever I eat at someone else's house or eat out and the food served looks fattening or sugary I panic. I don't know whats in it and so on. Sometimes I make up excuses for not eating things. My friends jokingly said I was anorexic before. That didn't bother me. However, now they have started to say it seriously and my own mum said I was eating in an anorexic way. I know people suffering from anorexia have poor self image, but I think I am at a perfect weight. Please tell me if I am anorexic or not. Honestly.

ok, so i've been wanting that perfect smile for years now..and i just saw the commercial for rapid white brush on, and it seems like a good product (even though its on tv-shop :P) do you think its a good product that works? have you heard anything about it? any answer would be helpful! i rate high ;)
