Stage Fright

In about a week I have this huge presintation i have to do in music class. IT has to be 10 minutes long, including an oral presintation and a song to go along with it. The teacher puts so much pressure on you because she is really strict. I don't know what to do, I am so afraid of stage fright I can't even deal with it. Please help me, if you think of anything I can do to get over this, including pills or sumthin....but not like serious drugs! Please don't say you have to take deep breaths and imagin no one is there, because it doesn't work and you kno it too! please help me..

semester hours

to those of you who go to college: is 18 hours a semester a little too much? i'm a highschool senior, graduating early, and i also want to get through college as fast as possible too. i also want to work while i'm there... does this mean that i'd have no social life whatsoever? i don't want to kill myself with schoolwork like i have been this whole year but i also want to get out of there asap, i have my reasons.

I am in my fifties and have been married for 25 years. My husband's family, who all live within 20 miles of us, are very close, except for the relationship between our family and the others. We are frequently excluded, especially by the one brother's wife from get-togethers, celebrations, etc. The other three sisters-in-law go shopping, take short trips together, etc.; in 25 years I've been asked one time. okay my best friend is going out with my recent ex and we went to the movies with a grroup of people but his girl friend could not go and we ended up sitting next to each other and in the middle of the show we started holding hands and yesterday his girlfriend found out and wont talk to me or him what should i do? cause he likes me and i like him...

GUYS I NEED HELP
today is my 7 month anniversary wit my bf. but he moved to indiana 2 weeks after i met him. so we decided to be able to have a week each month wit a guy/girl cause well.... i need love in my life (( if ya know wut i mean ))
so yea bcuz todays my 7 month anniversary wit him hes flying in. he called my friend 10 minutes ago to let her know he was on da plane, so sum1 cud pik him up. she knows wut I've been doing so she warned me... cuz he wants it to be a surprise

Losing Weight

All right..I'm 5 feet 5 inches tall, 14 year old girl, and weigh 126 pounds ..And its frustrating because I want to lose like 10 pounds..excercise isnt a problem...I participate in sports all year round..i dont want to go on a pill or anything..and nutrition is pretty decent..any advice?

My best friend in the entire world is going out with a guy that I liked..At one point in time I liked him and he liked me..but I never went out with him because my best friend liked him.. I dont know whether or not I should tell her this because, well they look really cute together, but the thing is, is that I think I still like him..
