Losing Weight All right..I'm 5 feet 5 inches tall, 14 year old girl, and weigh 126 pounds ..And its frustrating because I want to lose like 10 pounds..excercise isnt a problem...I participate in sports all year round..i dont want to go on a pill or anything..and nutrition is pretty decent..any advice?

Eat healthy food ( no junk food ), running is really good for you -- remember muscle weighs more than fat and your in sports -- Never resort to not eating because it eats away at the muscle, ]
