skimpy is another word for small .. most people relate it to clothes .. like if a girl wore small shorts people could say whats up with your skimpy shorts .. hope i helped .. Love MauramOo

Skimpy. Hmm. I guess you woudl only ue that in the sentece 'Damn that is one skimpy outfit. Know how miniskirts get shorter every year? Thats mostly it.
