my face is not the cleanest one and it has some pimples and i wanted to know what kind of face wash or any techniques i can do to make my face really smooth and even get rid of some pimples

I am going to the beach in 3 weeks and i was wondering, what are some ways to tone up your stomich area? I am not realy confident but i love my bathing suit and i want to feel nice in it. I am 5'3 female that weighs 120pounds, Im 13 in 7th grade. i do cheerleadin in the summer but that doesnt start till the 22nd of next month!!!
I just want some simple stuff to do like before bed.. like quick exercises maybe a website or two! Thanks!!!

When I was 9 my mom threw me and brother out on the streets. He was 16 at the time and he took care of me. I'm 15 now and he's 23. Well I usually don't tlak about my past because I really don't think that it's that bad. At least I had my brother and that's more than some people have. Well the school found out about what was going on so I had to go to the school counsellor and talk to him and he told me that it would be a good idea to find someone that I can really trust at school to talk to if I have a problem. I really don't have a best friend I have friends but I never really got close enough to anyone where I was comfortable talking to them about important stuff. Ok,I didn't know what category to put this question under, but I guess that doesn't really matter right now. My life is falling apart.
My parents are getting a divorce, because my older half sister and nephew (they're in rehab) are planning on moving in with us (she'd take my car and my room) and my mom doesn't want her to. My Dad feels it's his duty as her father. They'd already been having problems, and my mother's set of parents (my last set of grandparents) are dying, and she'd been really depressed lately. My mom decided the best way to get over it is to leave and go to Washington. None of us know exactly where.

Girlfriend's birthday

A friend of mine has his girlfriend's birthday all planned out. Well, almost. There is one point where he doesn't know what he's going to do. This is what he has so far:
Wake her up a 7:30 in the morning; give her 30 seconds to grab anything she needs then take her out to breakfast. After breakfast he's going to take her back home so she can get cleaned up, take a shower, and all that good stuff. Breakfast will probably take an hour so she should be ready by 11am. Then, he doesn't know where he's going to take her. But, at 5pm or 6pm he's taking her to an early dinner where he's giving her her gift. Ok, I never knew my parents I guess my mom was a druggie and my dad was a pimp so they didn't really want a kid around. Well because of that I've been in "the system" for my whole life. I've been in and out of foster families and only 2 of them have ever considered adoption. Well I've been staying with this family for 2 years now. It's really great I absolutely love it they're so nice and they really make me feel like I'm their child. Well my mom (foster mother) was considering adopting me, she sent away for the papers and she was really thinking about doing it. But then my mother (birth mother) showed up. Baseball games and school rivalry

Last night my school played Tomball at our playoffs baseball game. There was so rivalry going on you wouldn't believe. Girls got slapped, people were told off, our field was trashed with Tomball banners which were not supposed to be there, brooms were taken, cars got rear-ended, and people were cut off. All of which got out drill team in trouble.
Well, at drill team practice today, our coach was furious. I mean crazy mad. She gave us a 2 hour lecture about how "ladies" are supposed to act; Cy-Falls drill team ladies.

There is a few preppy people in my school. I always usually talk 2 this one person which she is considered preppy but she only talks to me when she is not around her "friends" I get along w/ the other preppy people in my school just not very often sometimes she is mean and nasty and sometimes she talks to me. I need some really good comebacks for her when she calls me like a slut and a whore but im not so i need some great/ awesome comebacks. thx 4 ur help! :)

This lad at my school has been spreading rumours that my dad beats me we used to be best friend but i never told him that the only thing is that he did see my dad hit me once and its because i was being rude to him. but now everyone looks at me like im some freak ive talked to him and he just says im speaking the truth what should i do?

Substance Abuse Problem

My dad has a substance abuse problem. But he won't admit it. In fact, he lies about it and says he doesn't do anything! My dad uses chewing tobacco. That's not TOO bad, but he swallows it. And he goes through a can in a day and a half. If you're familiar, chewing tobacco (Copenhagen) is just as expensive as a pack of cigarettes. My family lives on a farm, we have farm animals, and we're not rich. We don't have the extra pocket money to buy things like tobacco. I've tried to get my dad to stop. Not only is it irritating that he lies and says he doesn't use tobacco, he's putting his health in danger. My family wouldn't be able to make it if he were to die – we'd have no source of income.
