How to Deal with Insanity from family?

I'm on my summer holiday and my dad and my mother are absolutely getting on my nerves. They know that it bothers me and it really angers me. I wish that they'd shut up with it all. They argue about everything and it has always caused issues for me since I was a child. I have always protected my dad and I have always repressed my feelings because I was always worried about them. Pleasing them and being perfect for them and it feels like I receive nothing. Nothing. I don't know what to do and the pain. I don't know how to deal with it all. They are really gettting to me and I want to know how I stop them from driving me crazy. I know that I'm not happy and that's what bothering me and I want to know exactly how to be happy. I just never knew ...

self-esteem

i am 14/f with very low self-eteem. I have grown up ugly and now some guys tell me i'm hot, but some tell me i'm ugly. I dont understand. Also, I am quiet and am aftaid of rejection.
I am working on loving myself, but it is hard when you have so little friends.
Any sudjestions?

Okay, my mom is making me see a shrink, because she thinks that I need to let out my feelings. I HATE shrinks. I just hate them!! I used to go see one and then i would just leave! I dont want to go, but I dont know how to get out of it! PLEASE HELP ME! I FIND SHRINKS SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont no what to do. my best friend/the guy i love. that "loves" me back. is moving to bosten(i live in ny) and i go to him "are you ever gonna come back to me"? nd he said no. then i asked him if he would forget me and he said yea. then i asked when ur like 23 nd out of collage are you gonna come back to me, nd he said no i will forget you. i dont no what to do im so sad. i cryed alot about it cuz i really really really love him. and now hes moving in 2 weeks. im crying right now. im gonna miss him alot, nd he is going to forget me. someone please tell me what to do. i need help

Mom needs control of her life!

I don't exactly know how to explain so I'm just gonna try. My mom is a great mom and I love her so much! But all she does is try to please people and my brother's take advantage of that. One brother always makes her go out and buy alcohol for them and he gets drunk all the time with his friends. My other brother treats her like she's trash! He talks back cusses her out, calls her names, etc. It's scary sometimes because they get her to the point of tears and sometimes she actually does cry and my brother's and their friends keep going. She's told me before that the only thing that's keeping her from just ending her life is us kids and if we turn on her then what does she have? Nothing, and I'm scared she's gonna take her life. my aim is so weird..when im on usually about after 5 minutes it wont let me look @ anyones profiles like it would say "please wait..." except it would never go..and like it doesnt send me any messages my friends send..and then it says that ive sent a message but the other person doesnt get it..then after like another minute it wont let me send anything.then it signs me off and then back on again
but then i look @ how long ive been on and it says that ive been on the whole time...its so weird
how do i make it go away

welps you see im a pretty "well known" prson in school, if ya know wat i meen. anyways im 18 and have had 3 boy friends in my life. everytime we would get close lyk makeout or r even close to having sex and that typ of stuff it gets around school and everyones is lyk o she did this and she did that. and my current boy friend breaks up with me and im heart broken. i will cry for days weeks. and everytime a person says o shes really "hardcore" a guy calls me and asks to have sex. ugg its rong just rong. so i have my new boyfriend and weve been going out for 2 months and i dont wana do anything serious to put our relation ship on the line. i love him soo soo much lyk i could never live without him. what should i do so anyth...

my brother just got kicked out of my house, and I really dont know how to feel. at first I was sad and I cried a little, but now I don't really care because I remembered this friend i have that has a brother that's the same age as my bro but he lives in a different house 3 houses away from my friend. i dont know if he got kicked out, but they dont seem to mind.

Healthy Diet

Im not fat or chubby but i want to tighten my muscles in my thighs. Do you know any exercises that help target that area? Also, of course i need some of the healthiest foods to eat so im not taking up all of my energy so can you do some research on exersices and Dieats and everthing I need to make my diet book. Thanks...

I have been talking to this guy (we'll call him chris) and his friend (lets call him anthony) has been calling me and stuff. They are like brothers. Chris had asked me to go to the movies but i said i couldnt. and Anthony asked me to the movies too and i told him i couldnt either but i invited anthony to a softball game...and chris got mad at me and anthony. i dont know if chris likes me or something. and if he does i dont wanna mess up their friendship but i really like Anthony...what should i do?

Healthy

16/f This summer I REALLY want to start eating healthier. I'm SO tired of fast food and soda. But I don't know what "healthy" is. You'd think a salad is healthy, even from fast food places and it turns out their salad has just as much calories as a big mac or w/e. So are there any snacks besides just plain fruits and vegetables. And something quick where I don't have to stand over a stove and cook. I only eat poultry, no beef, pork, etc. So maybe some vegetarian foods. What do vegetarians usually eat?

Help! I like this boy a lot and he thought we broke up and so he asked this other girl out who he said was annoying and i think it was just to make me jealous but whatever. This other girl said stuff behind my back to my friend. She now wants to talk to me and i don't know what to do? I really like the guy but i don't know how. I have tried ignoring him and stuff but it just doesn't work. What to do????????
