Squats and lunges work pretty well. You'll be in pain the first few days if you're doing them right, but they work with time. They tone them down and build muscle. Also walk or run, that's always good. It'll take a while but be patient. Also eat healthy. Don't cut back on meals or anything though, that'll just slow down your metabolizm. Hope I helped! Good luck!♥

Hmm... well lunges would work best, that is without crash dieting or anything :) And good foods are not always salads, but try to eat energizing fruits like oranges, and, well any fruit actually...it'll help keep you energized after the lunges :D heh, and good luck! :)

From personal experience, the most important thing to shapen up your thighs and such is by basically running/jogging/walking/riding a bike, etc. Even a 10 min jog/walk each morning or afternoon, or which ever helps. I try to take walks as often as I can, and I noticed that my thighs are beginning to seem more muscular and more in shape. Those are the best excercises to use. I also suggest eating LOTS of fruits and vegtables. They keep you energized and are also very healthy and filling.

Jogging and bicycle Riding will do WONDERS foR you!!! AnotheR exeRcise that will help TREMENDOUSLY: LEG LIFTS!!!!!!!! To do these, stand up stRaight, and slowly move youR leg -ONLY YOUR LEG- backwaRds. Like, say you'Re going to kick something, but kick BARKWARDS, and DON'T BEND YOUR KNEES!! It's designed to tone youR thighs and ass! Also, pRoviding you cut out white bRead and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a diffeRence the fiRst two weeks. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell! But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible. Goodluck to you!! I wish you the best!! Hopefully I've been of some sort of help heRe!! =D

do sit ups, crunches, even jumping jacks work if you do enough on a daily routine. DONT drink fruit drinks they have alot of sugar in them and will cause fat quicker..drink alot of water..that will help your skin also..theres also a diet called a crash diet..thats where you eat 3 healthy meals a day and basically no snacks..drink mostly water and dont eat anything extra..like salt etc...lay off the sodas too..hope i could help!

Jog. But if your too lazy to research exercises and diets on your own I don't think you can acutally do it.
