my aim is so weird..when im on usually about after 5 minutes it wont let me look @ anyones profiles like it would say "please wait..." except it would never go..and like it doesnt send me any messages my friends send..and then it says that ive sent a message but the other person doesnt get it..then after like another minute it wont let me send anything.then it signs me off and then back on again
but then i look @ how long ive been on and it says that ive been on the whole time...its so weird
how do i make it go away

Or, if you upgraded AIM, degrade it, such as uninstalling it, then reinstalling it. The AIM updates have so many features it lags and causes messeges to mess up. KaTiE_LyNn answered Wednesday June 8 2005, 9:59 pm: ok. i used to have that problem too. the only thing i know to tell you to do is to reconfigure it. what you do is go to the sign in window. click setup. it will take you to the sign on/sign off portion. find where it says connection and click on it. click auto-configure. let it configure and sign back on with the new connection. it should work. if not, uninstall and reinstall it.

MHScutie87 answered Wednesday June 8 2005, 8:45 pm: you could just try reinstalling it. but make sure you always keep it updated and download the latest versions because they always work the best. seriously whenever they ask you if want to upgrade, do it. its free and it gives you better opitons as well.
