Do you have to pay council tax if you rent a house and recieve incapacity benefit? i am unable to work and on long term incapacity benefit and want to rent a house but dont know if i have to pay council tax too.

Not long ago i came on here for advice between my boyfriend and another guy i really liked and decided to make a go of trying to spice things up.We went out clubbing together and had the night of our lives and soon forgot about this other guy i like.A week later me and my friend got together had a few drinks and decided to have a few more at the local.The other guy was there and as i was plastered, bought him a drink i owed him and danced and chatted with him all night.He invited me and my mate to his house for a few more drinks but my mate left at 3am leaving us 2 alone and then we had a drunkin kiss and ended up sleeping together.Im now meeting up with him and we have so much in common including partners.Now im confused coz i like this other guy but i love my boyfriend.

ok... well im trying to lose weight... by doing crucnches... and running and working out and stuff. i heard my boobs will get smaller. so is there any foods that makes your boobs big?

Hey its me again.... I have a crush on my best friend (opposite sex) i mean hes not my omg best best friend but hes my best guy friend and i like him. I am 18 and getting an apartment with my boyfriend and were evenly splitting the rent and electricity bill. For those who live(d) on their own, I'd like to have a range of how much I will need to make a month in order to get by?
Half of rent ($350-$400), half electricity bill (about $50.), inexpensive car payment, car insurance, basic/inexpensive cell phone, gas money, food/necessity money, and extra money for whatever.
I know the prices can vary, but keep in mind I'm very cheap with my money. So just give me a minimum and maximum estimate. Thanks.

On Saturday night I went to my best friend, Sidonie's party. A guy that she broke up with a month or so ago was there and I really liked him. We ended up kissing and the next day he asked me out, I said yes. Now I'm not so sure if I made the right decision by saying yes to him. For a start, I just feel like his rebound girl. When my best friend broke up with him he was very upset and I don't think he's fully over her. He keeps saying things like "You're so much like Sidonie." Which is kind of irritating and off putting. Secondly, I hardly know him and I wont be able to see him much as he lives on the other side of my city. I do like him but I'm not so sure if I want to just be his rebound girl, should I break up with him or see how it goes?

I have been dating this girl for almost a year. Our relationship had been going great, accually it was amazing and I fell in love with her, and she says she fell in love with me. Then she took a trip for about a month and became close with a whole group of people that I dont really know, we talked a lot during the begining of the trip but kind of faded during the last half. She denys cheating on me while there, even though I kind of think she did. Now that shes back, she barely touches me.
