So one side of my body, My hips are curvey. On the other side, its not, at all. I dont know if its bc i have like more dat on the one side or what. But Im in basketball, so Im running, and Im running after practice too. But to me it seems not to be getting any better. Is there anyway I could get the one side to be like the other? not as curvey?

Well, I am trying to lose weight, and I work out for track about an hour everyday. However, I need help on the eating part.
What are some quick, easy and healthy things I could make for lunch at school, or breakfast on the go?
and I'm anemic, so what some things that have a lot of iron in them?

ugh i want to lose weight..i feel kinda bad about how i look evryday i lost weight over the summer but now i have gained it all back and maybe even a little more i sometimes just cant control my eating!..i want to lose most of it by february but i want to look a bit thinner by monday 2 days which through all i have been through i know is impossible but i dont know why i keep getting this in my head..i am gonna start soon to lose weight again......how do i deal with my emotions and how do i stop myself from eating alot?

hey well i am not that fat but i waigh 135 lbs but i look like i way 90 or something around there and well i need help i am trying ot drink lots of water to loose weight but yeah and i dont want my parents to know yet and when i got to school all my friends and everything r skinny and i feel bad cuz soemthime they talk abotu weight and stuff so i just act like i dont hear them and they ask me how much i weigh and i say i dont know so plzzzzzzzzz help me!!!!!!

Okay so I really really really want to get abs or anything!
I am 121 lbs and 13/f.
I think thats overwieght.
everytime i want to start a diet i lose my motivation. and i dont want my parents to find out because they will be like "your beautiful the way you are"... and all that crap.
so what are some good workout moves, and motivation ideas, and i need to stop eating icecream and stuff like that so any ideass?

Is there an exercise that burn more calorie than other exercises like you know hypothetically if you did five push ups and five sit ups and the pushups burned more calories than the situps if that makes any sense if not just ask and i'll see if i can explain it better also is poerwalking an running or jogging the best exercise for your legs like does it work best rather than other exercises?

Ok so i'mkinda on a diet or as i like to consider it a lifestyle choice so anywho i power walk an hour aday after school but then wehn i get home i'm always so tempted to eat cause i'm so hungry and i'm retty sure it's only cause i dont eat anything all day until i get home so i want to start eating breakfast and just little healthy snakcs during the day but i never have time how can i make time and stay motivated also by not eating junk food or any sweets and drinking only water milk and some juices and powerwalking an hour a day and yeah how much weight do you think i can lose in one week

Ok so i'm trying to lose weight but i have a question so here it goes whats is the maximum amount of weight i could lose in a week and month if i powerwalk for an hour a day which for me is usualy about 2 miles maybe more and i eat really healthy like organic foods and only drink water, milk, or some juice? also someone said that people who are overweight lose weight fast at first when they start doing that but as you have less fat to lose you lose weight slower if that makes sense is this true?

[I know no one can give me a definate answer, I'm just looking for a vague estimation]
I'm a little bit chubby, not obese or anything [I'm naturally skinny I just eat too much and do no exercise]
So I went from doing no exercise and eating like a pig all the time to having track practice for an hour and a half 5 times a week, and eating well.
About how soon will I start seeing results? I only started Monday, but I can already feel my muscles toning up a little.

I have a flat stomach and my legs are very toned. My problem is my arms. My bicepts are okay as far as I'm concerned, but my tricepts are horendous. I need to tone them and I'm hoping to see some progress by say...June? If that's possible and if not I'll settle for September. What is the easiest and fastest way to tone tricepts. I'm not asking for a list of tricpt excercizes. I have that. I'm asking which one you have used in the past that worked really well and should show atleast some results, but the time I asked. I have 1-3 lb weights and this stretchy cord with handles on the end, but I'm willing to go out and buy something, so please. HELP! haha

and our coach is getting really hardcore about training but my thighs are hurting soooooooo much it is difficult to sit down without pain in my thighs
is there anyway that i could alleviate this pain

im 16, 5'2 and weigh 109 i know thats not fat but my stomach could use some working on. like 3 years ago i had the perfect body minus boobs haha but anyway like my stomach was flat my waiste was really small everything was wicked skinny but i got mono and i lost alot of weight but it slowed down my metabolism and i gained7 or so pounds. i diet and excerisine and whatnot but like i want my tiny body again. when i sit i have rolls and like it makes me so self consious. my dad tells me to do crunches but you cant "target" spots so i just run because hey my thighs and arms could get smaller too but like once your thighs are big is it true that they wont get smaller because like that fat turns into muscle so you get big muscular legs? ...

What is the amount of cardio I should do each day to lose weight, or in my case I'm just trying to tone up. I'm fifteen and 5'3 and around 130lbs if that helps at all. I'm usually on an eliptical or exercise bike for around fifteen minutes to a half an hour five days a week, is that enough?

okay so i have a pretty flat stomache but i have the biggest love handles ever. like they are over my pants and everything its disgusting i don't understand why they wont go away. are there any excercises or aynthing that targets that area?! please & thanks
