love handles

okay so i have a pretty flat stomache but i have the biggest love handles ever. like they are over my pants and everything its disgusting i don't understand why they wont go away. are there any excercises or aynthing that targets that area?! please & thanks

Do side crunches.
you get in the regular "crunch" position, then drop you knees to one side, then start "crunching". Do about 25-30 on each side, then switch (drop you knees to the other side) Hope I helped! Don't forget to Rate!
