So. I want to start the "cabbage soup diet" or whatever it's called. Has anybody done it? If you have just tell me what the effects are and how long I should do it for. I want to lose like, 15 pounds?

While you might lose weight on this diet, any weight that you lose is likely to be gained back quickly as soon as you stop. A diet that requires you to cut out specific food groups is not a good long term plan, so chances are that you won't keep up with it for too long. (Also, even on the site itself it is recommended that you only go for one week at a time.) You are better off getting into a more sustainable healthy eating plan straight away if you want to lose weight and keep it off.
