lose weight

Hey i was just wondering what si the best way to lose weight. Well not so much lose weigh because i am thin i just have a pot that i want to get rid of and get some nice abs for the summer!!!! thanks fir all the help:)

Try Pilates! It is a fun 20 minute work out that is fun and simple. Plus it's main target is the abs.



After about a week you should start noticing a difference (maybe not a big one but a difference). If you want to increase loosing the weight there, do sit ups every once in awhile when you get bored:]

After a month you should be very pleased with your results:]

situps/crunches.
look in CosmoGirl magazine. they have weekly workouts in there that will help tone the body.
