you need to set a goal;
first you need to purchase anything that will be needed; lowfat foods, workout tapes, etc.
next you need to set your goal saying starting on xx/xx/xx i will start my diet. mark it everywhere.
on that day you stop eating 'fatty foods' & work out and such.
make a plan for that day and get some people to support you.
it will work out fine. please dont crash diet thats a realllly dangerous path to loose a little weight. also when you being eating you get all the weight back. [ cheifbritneeilu's advice column | Ask cheifbritneeilu A Question ]

you dont need to do a crash diet. just eat more healthy foods and salads. that should make you loose weight and keep it down.
