im in track... and our coach is getting really hardcore about training but my thighs are hurting soooooooo much it is difficult to sit down without pain in my thighs
is there anyway that i could alleviate this pain
*we practice mon-fri*

try icyy hot. or something like that. or lightly massage them. it'll get easier as you go too so you wont feel as much, if any, pain ]
