yes,for a gurl it should be 2,200 if you want your weight stable...for a guy its 2,800
if you want to lose weight then you should take 1000 calories less then that

Most would say about 2000. That's like the typical diet.
However, I'd say most people actually eat about 3000.
I eat about 4000, but thats only because my metabolism is wayyy high, and I also play sports and am really active.
