Ok so i'mkinda on a diet or as i like to consider it a lifestyle choice so anywho i power walk an hour aday after school but then wehn i get home i'm always so tempted to eat cause i'm so hungry and i'm retty sure it's only cause i dont eat anything all day until i get home so i want to start eating breakfast and just little healthy snakcs during the day but i never have time how can i make time and stay motivated also by not eating junk food or any sweets and drinking only water milk and some juices and powerwalking an hour a day and yeah how much weight do you think i can lose in one week

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? babyxo answered Thursday November 29 2007, 10:59 pm: safely, you can only lose one pound a week. if you diet the safe way. and to do that, you should burn 500 calories a day. so maybe before your powerwalk, do crunches, jump&jacks, anything to get started, then do them again when you get back from your powerwalk. and you should defintely be eating more than that. breakfast definitely. 3 meals a day and a snack or two in between. healthy things of course
l0stiNth0uGht020 answered Thursday November 29 2007, 10:38 pm: What you're doing sounds really, really unhealthy. Yes, exercising is good, but it's beyond important to be eating. It's actually really bad for you to not eat for long stretches of time, because before you lose weight, everything you DO eat - and you have to eat something in order to stay alive - your body will store as fat because it doesn't know when it will get nutrients next. But I think your best bet about breakfast and snacks is to first - get up earlier [I know that probably will suck, but that's the only way] and second, pack some healthy snacks to take with you to school to eat during the day.
