lilmzhotstuff answered Thursday November 29 2007, 6:48 pm: Well what you could do is completely change your eating habits and try eatting specila k berries(really works!) and then only eat veggies and fruit and salads and sandwiches for lunch and dinner! Its really healthy and makes you feel like you have lots of energy! And encourage yourself to go through with a diet and don't give up! Oh and only treat yourself to dessert on fridays!(or on the weekends. Your choice!) hope this helps!!!

This will help you to feel good, have energy, and encourage you to do healthy things, like working out or eating better foods, rather than grabbing the closest snack and staying stationary. on average you should loose 2 pounds a week which is healthy and you will have more of a chance of keeping the weight off compared to a fad diet.
