Pills like that are most likely always marketing scams. I would suggest talking to your family doctor about it before trying anything. Even though you can buy it over the counter, pills can be dangerous & you don't want to take anything that can affect your health in the future. After talking to your doctor, you can figure out your possible options & if you want to take them or not.

Green tea in tea form is much better because it is fresh and you'll get more of the antioxidants out of it.
