Period Stops after two days of starting.

I am 23 years old. Me and my fiance had sex the day before my period started and it was unprotected. But he pulled out. . The next morning we wake up and I started my period after morning sex. and It was normal. . well the day he goes back home, I start back on my birth control pill. And I wake up the next morning and my period is gone. I would really like to know whats going on. Abit confused and wondering. Im still cramping like im on it but there is no period. Could it have been the birth control that stopped it. or what.

I know this is bad, but i need to know how bad it is!
is the start of this month I used a Emergency contraception pill. and before that in the previous month I used 2 of them. and a few months before that another one.

I met this guy last year but only recently started talking when we saw each other at a party last week. We exchanged numbers and everything. We talked a lot at the party and it was obvious he liked me. Even afterwards he would flirt with me and stuff. I am 26 years old and I am a female. People say and I read in a medical book that a girl shouldn't drink coffee or caffeine when she has her period. My parents are super religious, the kind of Christians who want to spread the word of God to the world, will willingly dedicate their whole life to God, believes in miracles and stuff like that.
The problem is I'm an atheist, so its pretty hard for me to cope with them because they'll be like "Why don't you just pray, you'll get through it" or "don't worry God is there for us"... It's really frustrating, and please don't verbally attack me about these things, I'm trying to get some advice..

We broke up a while ago, and he hooked up with another guy (Bi) a day afterward. Literally. A few months went by, and when I felt I was truly recovered, I found someone else. But this person happened to be a good friend of both of us--I know that wasn't wise, but I really liked her (also bi)--and he didn't react very maturely. I've been told that this guy I was talking to has started to see my sister behind my back. of course she denied it. He and I haven't really spoken to each other lately. She has bit of a pattern of doing this, but if it's real and she loves this guy it will hurt as he was my high school sweetheart. How do I handle this situation in a way I dont look crazy and can be the bigger person, but cut ties with her at the same time? I don't want to look bitter.
