Period Stops after two days of starting.

Question Posted Monday May 28 2012, 4:46 pm

I am 23 years old. Me and my fiance had sex the day before my period started and it was unprotected. But he pulled out. . The next morning we wake up and I started my period after morning sex. and It was normal. . well the day he goes back home, I start back on my birth control pill. And I wake up the next morning and my period is gone. I would really like to know whats going on. Abit confused and wondering. Im still cramping like im on it but there is no period. Could it have been the birth control that stopped it. or what.

That happened because of the birth control. You're not supposed to take the regular birth control when you're menstruating, only the specific birth control pills that are for your period and only that.
