Pregnant?

Question Posted Monday May 28 2012, 7:56 pm

My friend had sex and now she's a little over a month late for her period. She said she took a pregnancy text and it was negative but plans to take another. What's going on? I'm convinced she's pregnant and then I also suggested she could be stressed. Any ideas? we're both 17.

she needs to take two more tests to make sure. she could also be late for stress, weight loss or gain, change in diet, etc.

Being late for her period can happen for several reasons. Yes, stress can cause a late period. There are other factors too. The best thing is for her to consult her doctor.
