Being late for her period can happen for several reasons. Yes, stress can cause a late period. There are other factors too. The best thing is for her to consult her doctor.

The important thing is that you realize, you are the one in control of you and your body. Just because a guy wants you to have sex doesn't mean you have to do it. With the age difference, he does not have the right to tell you when to have sex. If you don't know you want to have sex, then the answer to him is NO.

I met this guy last year but only recently started talking when we saw each other at a party last week. We exchanged numbers and everything. I would stand your ground and not to give in to him. Sounds like he is trying to have his cake and eat it two (having two girlfriends at once). The thing you need to think about is if he is treating his present girlfriend this way, would he be treating you the same way, going around to other girls? This guy is a smooth operator, I would avoid him.

There are a variety of reasons why you didn't cum. There may be some things going on with your body that your are or are not aware of. Being stressed can often cause a person not to cum (male or female). If you haven't had a physical from your doctor recently, you might consider that.
