Masturbation is a way we get in touch (no pun intended) with our bodies. Masturbation is a very private thing, so you have to be careful when and where you masturbate. I agree with the previous person who gave you advice. Take things slow. Get the feel of your body. I would begin with fingers. Playing with your female parts will give you a warm feeling. When you masturbate and awaken your female and get turned on you may want to express yourself by moaning. Rubbing is a way of warming yourself up and then when you feel wetness you can proceed inserting a finger in and out of yourself. I say its totally ok and healthy. Don't rush yourself, and use plenty of lubrication. You can buy this online, or in a pharmacy, supermarket, or other shops. Don't use stuff like shampoo, strong lotions etc, as they can burn and infect.
