So I have JASC Animation shop, and everytime I make an Icon, it optimizes it or whatever and it makes it all weird. I was wondering how you change the settings on that. Please help, I'll rate you 5's!

homecoming shirts

tuesday me adn my friend want to make homecoming shirts. On the side we want to cut it and tie little strips together. well last time we did that, it was cute until you got to your armpit section. Under your armpit it leaves this huge whole in the shirt. I dont know if i did it wrong, or if thats just how it is. am i doin it wrong or is that how it always is?

ok there is this guy who rides my bus and he is a year younger then me.(he looks a year older then me) but i allways got the feeling he liked me and then a few days ago i saw him looking at me and he grinned and i grinned back. and after that he is always looking at me and i look back and we always smile at eachother and talk and we have really good chemistry and stuff. well annyway today someone made a fag joke and he got really quiet and started acting weird. like, he would look at me, then when i looked away he would turn around really quick and when i turned back around, he would go to staring at me again. and he just kept staring at me like i was glowing or something. so im really confused because he knows im streight because i talk ab...

Exercise

My mom and dad always tell me I need to exercise or lose weight. I mean I know they dont mean it in a hurtful way but it hurts. I've been working on my weight more these past year. I joined a gym last spring but quit over the summer and plan on joining again after school gets normal again (probably beginning of october) I have been trying to eat less but I do have a hard time controlling my urges. But it's not like I'm trying! And it's not like I'm totally overweight. I am on the bigger size, I wear a size 9 pants but I can fit into a size 5. I wear a large shirt but I could fit a medium. I only wear the bigger sizes because my mom constantly calls me fat in the smallers stuff. I only weigh 130 and I'm 5'4.

HOMECOMING DILEMA

Alright, well basically the story goes that i'm a freshman. And my first homecoming is a big deal to me. I said yes to a sophmore who i barely know. Then after about two weeks I said I didn't want to go with him.(this happened today) I feel so guilty but he never talks to me or even tries to get to know me. I want to go with my best friend ever (whos a guy duh) but i secretly like him and he goes to another high school. He wants to go with me too. I feel really bad about ditching the sophmore though and all my friends think im a big bitch for doing that. What do I do? Go with my bff? and do u think my decision to break the date was wrong. any advice is appreciated. im a girl also. thanks!!

Ohkay.. ill try and write this more descriptively..
Me and my best friend always hang out, we sit with each other everyday at lunch and i love her to death.. But lately she is getting on my nerves.. shes really obsessed with this boy and she always askes me to get him to like her.. well i would hate bugging the guy and be like " PLEASE LIKE MY BEST FRIEND" and shes acting soo much different since we're in high school now.. i love her to death. but i just dont know what to do or say.. can u please help me!?!

ok what should i do if someones mad at me for a gayass reason and you really dont wanna be mad at that person but ...... you feal like you wanna rip their heads off. the problem was that these 2 girls thought i copied there hairstyle, and other stuff. but i really didnt, i didnt even see them when i styled my hair like that. its a really common hairstyle so thats a stupid reason to be mad.
What can i do for revenge, or say to them, etc.

ok well tomorrow at 3 i am going to like a basketball pratice i dont know anyone there.. i am a freshman and this going to be my first time doing this. and well i am scared that one of the other girls are going to start stuff with me. i am not the kind of person that gets on peoples bad side but for some reason i am scared because today at the meetin at lunch i saw that soem of those girls had attitude problems. i just want to play the game nothing else. and i am also scared that i am not the best at it and they will make fun of me about it.. someone please help!

I just broke up with my boyfriend whom I was with for about 5 years. I found out that he was with anther woman while he was still with me and we broke up i thought I would get over it and try to move on. By the way he still lives with me. okay...i've been on my period for about 3 months now. ( i started like 3 months ago..i mean ) i've used pads b/c i was afraid to use tampons. well i tried to use a tampon the other day and it hurts to put it and i got it half way in and pushed up the aplicator but it wasnt in all the way so i pulled it out and when i did it hurt. wut should i do? is that bad?? should i see a doctor?? should it hurt, i kno it's not suppose to, is there something i can do? i rate high for good answers. someone plz give me advice!!
