bleeching hair?

ok i wona get the tips of my hair bleeached i have done it before and it looks mad nice when spiked up (jsut teh top tips)

the thing is that i forgot what is the propotional mix for the poraxide and bleach? any help?

use toothpaste, i'm serious you rated me a one but it actually works! I know a lot of people who have done it and I know it sounds gross but it bleaches so ok...
