BERLIN WALL...good?

Well, i said the quote "I'm the new Berlin wall, try and tear me down" to a friend. She started to go off on me about how the berlin wall was bad because it devided berlin in two. Wasn't it intended for good?
CAN SOMEONE TELL ME IF THER BERLIN WALL WAS GOOD OR BAD?

Today was the first day of school, and I had lost my bras the night before, so I had to use a push-up bra, which is padded (I only wear it for my tube tops. I only bought it because none of the other strapless bras at the store came in an A size). I'm 32A, and the bra makes me look bigger than I actually am. I'm worried that the next day, I'll wear my regular bra, and people will think that I was trying to make my breasts look bigger.
What can I do about my predicament?

school binder

14/f. i'm going into 9th grade, which at my school is still in middle school. now i have two questions:
1)is it easier to buy 1 large 3" binder for all five of my academic classes, or two colored 1.5" binders (one for my three morning classes and one for my two afternoon classes). i just need a first hand experience here. will two binders get too confusing?
2) i want to decorate the front of my binder(s). i'm going to get the type of binders that have that clear pocket on the front of the binder that you can slide a piece of paper into. i want to cut out things from magazines but i don't know what to cut out things that i won't like half way through the year. i thought of cutting out store names and t...

Teeth

Okay, so I've had braces that effected my way of brushing my teeth and now that they're off, my teeth aren't white...it's not yellow either. It's like in the middle.
I was wondering if anyone knew how to whiten teeth without buying any whitening products (White crest stripe things, etc) or going to the dentist.
I wanna have my teeth be as white as possible before school starts (in a week) Any home products I can use? Thanks

Okay, I have a VERY important violin audition and I've been practicing my butt off all summer. I practiced for 2 hours yesterday and now my hand is cramping up (My right hand...which I need for bowing)
Any ideas on how to relieve the cramp...fast? I have the audition in 3hours! And no, I can't reschedule and this is very very important! Any suggestion will be a thanks =D and a 5 =]

Sleeping Disorder?

Hey im 15/f. And i think i have some sort of sleeping disorder. Because i dont usually get tired until about 3 or 4 in the morning. And i hate it because that only leaves me a couple hours of sleep. But when i do have time to sleep in i usually sleep in until like noon and dont wanna get up. I was wondering is there something wrong with me? I used to be able to fall asleep right away. But i just cant anymore. Please help!!

I have a cousin who is 18 and she is obsessed with stephen coletti from laguna beach. it is really bad and scary and gross. she actually thinks in her messed up nut of a mind that she is gonna marry the guy. she bought like a really expensive gown/dress thing and always tells me how they are gonna name their kids peachy and cory. meanwhile i am sitting there thing of the best escape route out of that physcos house. she even has a pillow with his face on it and she actually masterbates with it and licks it and now their are wierd stains on it and everything! neighbor wont leave my family alone

im 13 and my sister is 9 and our next door neighbors have 2 sons (one is 6 ryan and one is 9 chris) my sister and chris are best friends and they do everything together and hes always at our house or shes always at his house. they cannot be seperated, ever. but the younger son (the 6 year old) who is the most whiny cry baby annoying kid in the whole world always has to tag along with chris. everytime chris comes to hang out with my sister,ryan has to come to. since hes 6 he has nothing in common with any of us and he always tries to play with my sister and chris. my mom hates ryan and wonders why he cant find a friend his own age to hang out with and she doesnt want to watch another kid because even though ryan is 6 he still cant walk right...

14/f. i have this problem where i can't do anything by myself. like i can't go into a store by myself, because i feel so uncomfortalbe and like everyone is staring at me and watching me. i always have to have my mom come in the store with me. but then i feel embarrassed to be with my mom! help! i'm going crazy because what ever i do i feel uncomfortable.
its not that i don't love my mom, because i do! i love being with her, but then i get embarrassed shopping with my mom. so what can i do?

14/f.whenever i try to fall asleep, it takes me FOREVER to fall asleep. even if i'm tired i still can't seem to fall asleep. i always remember all of the things that i forgot to do at night. i just can't seem to turn my mind off. i also can never seem to get comfortable. help! this is driving me crazy!
