I guess its like, a girlie girl or really caring about your appearance. Like if you were going to the grocery store and did your hair for an hour. or if you went on a date and only wanted to go to some expensive french resteraunt.

It means like your living is really expensive, or that you are an expensive person, and that you need a lot of care, and attention.
Sometimes its not good to be called that haha, but yeah it means you take a lot of work, and need a lot of thigns it seems.

Someone who is low-maintenance is relaxed, easy going, laid back, etc. They go with the flow.

If you're high maintenance, you tend to require more of people and are very demanding.

I searched it on www.urbandictionary.com, and got these results:

Some of those definitions are stupid, so here is what I think is the most accurate/unbiased one:
"Requiring a lot of attention. When describing a person, high-maintenance usually means that the individual is emotionally needy or prone to over-dramatizing a situation to gain attention."

I hope I helped :)
