my friend is pregent

i just found out my best friend is pregent, she is about 5 to 6 months along and is due in january and she is going to make the kid call me aunt because we are so close, like sisters. i feel totally shocked because she is only 17 while she is gonna marry the guy, i know its gonna be hard for her, and im just not sure what to do for her right now, i just need some ideas because i am completely in shock.

Hi, I live with my grandparents. My grandmaw doesnt want me to wear thongs or use tampons. I was in the shower last weekend, and I had two thongs in the dryer with my clothes. My grandmaw took my clothes out and saw them. I think she threw them away. So let me get to my question; what can i do about her, because she is so old fashion, how can i have thongs and use tampons with out her knowing about this and doing something stupid.

period vs. martal arts

im more of a sports girl and i was thinking about joining martal arts again(i had to stop when i moved). the problem is i dont use tampons. i am worried about getting a leak when i do kicks and stuf (i have to wear white). how should i keep this from happening? should i start to wear tampons?

Ok, I'm an advicenator and always hate the boy questions, because there's so many, but now I actually have one, haha. I really like this guy, Drew. Last year, he ate in my lunch and we had chorus together. We flirted a lot. Like, at lunch, we would feed each other french fries! He was a little goofy-looking, but I still liked him. He even asked me to the Snowball, but it got cancelled. Well, this year, I hardly ever see him at all. I've only seen him a couple times. And he really changed. Hey I'm doing a school project thats due tomm. for math, and we have to make an If, then statement. We have to get a slogan from a store or restaurant or something, but I cannot think of anything!! Here's an example the teacher gave: If you eat Subway, then you eat fresh.
Can someone give me some slogans and places and such? You wont be doing my project our anything because we have to do alot of other things to the slogan, but I just need a slogan to start out with! Gracias!

Hey, ok i am a 19 yr old girl. I've had a total of one boyfriend, and i've never been on a date with anyone other than my ex boyfriend. I think i am an attractive girl, i have a good personality and a lot going for me, but guys just dont seem to go for me. I will get told that i am "hot" and "beautiful" and all that, but no moves are ever made. It's starting to get really annoying. I also don't get much opportunity to meet guys since i am not in school and i dont go out a lot. Would it help if i was more forward with guys that i have an intrest in? Does anyone have tips on meeting them? Getting dates? Anything?

Okay i have this really good frind..lets call her J.and J had this good friends..lets call her R. J & R were like best friends last year but R didnt like me very much. I have this guy friend, Michael. I think I like him as more than a friend, but idk. I just got in a fight with him, nd said something i shoodnt have. He said hed never talk to me again. And trust me, he can hold a grudge. Ive seen him do it. I know there is no way he could ever like me back. Guys dont really like me ... i dont have many guy friends. Hazel eyes

I feel weird asking a fashion question...oh well.
Okay, so my eyes are hazel (greenish brownish most of the time, except when I cry and they turn tealish), and I tend to wear brown eyeshadow because it goes with everything (neutral). Unfortunately, that kind of makes my eyes look brown, too, and they're not. I'd like to find a color eyeshadow to wear that'll make my eyes look greener, and alternately one that will make them look bluer - they do change colors, but the majority of the color depends on what I'm wearing.
Eyeshadow colors, eyeliner colors...I don't wear mascara, so that's out.
Any ideas? I'm open to trying everything. =)
